My mom came to Toyota of Nashua in 2011 and loved her experience, so she referred me to get my new car there. I came a little under a month ago and had a great experience as well. I will definitely be re experience, so she referred me to get my new car there. I came a little under a month ago and had a great experience as well. I will definitely be referring people to get there cars here. I like that the website is up to date. I fell in love with my car on the website and came in the car was actually still at the dealership, Nidal knew exactly where it was and brought me right to it. Nidal grabbed the keys and went for test drive. My paperwork and stuff did take a few hours to finalize but Nidal was very patient, caring, and understanding of my needs! By far my best experience with car dealerships! More
Mona Storzbach could not be nicer or more professional. Think about every bad thought or stereotype that you have about car dealers and throw them out the window when it comes to working with Mona! She hel Think about every bad thought or stereotype that you have about car dealers and throw them out the window when it comes to working with Mona! She helped my wife and I select our first car together and helped make this process as painless as possible. We drove up from Boston and Mona had the car we wanted to see prepped and ready inside under the lights so that we could do a full walk around at night and see everything we wanted up close and in detail. We knew very little about warranties and financing and Mona was very patient and answered any and all questions we had for her. Mona did her best to help us out every step of the way and even went above and beyond by placing a dog bone in the back for our puppy (one of the main reasons we chose the Honda CR-V). Mona didn't only sell us a car but she sold us peace of mind and has already followed up multiple times to check in and see how we like our new (used) car! I would definitely recommend Toyota of Nashua to any of my friends and family and if you have the chance, stop in and say hi to Mona, she's the BEST! More
The management team and Matt Brouillette in the sales department did everything in their power to make my experience positive. I read all the dealership reviews before returning to Toyota of Nashua. I had just purchased a new prius from them last year but found it wasn't the vehicle for me especially since I moved to the far no Toyota of Nashua. I had just purchased a new prius from them last year but found it wasn't the vehicle for me especially since I moved to the far north where snow abounds. I called Joe D during my search for a new vehicle and he spent at least an hour with me going over what I would need, what specifics would be best, etc. I was concerned about payment and what I would get for my trade in - in the end Toyota offered me almost double what other dealerships offered me, and they put me into the nicest vehicle I've ever owned - a Platinum Sequoia with all the bells and whistles. I was astonished they could get this deal done for me and didn't even require I be at the dealership as I live 3 hours away now. Joe D called me with the wonderful news the second he found out and we took the trip down to pick up my beautiful new truck. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received at Toyota of Nashua, this is my second car buying experience with them and I will definitely look no further for my auto needs. This dealership is where to go if you have a tough situation, want professionalism and fast response time and expect the best. Thank you Toyota of Nashua for putting us in a safe, family oriented vehicle that I wouldn't have been able to get anywhere else! More

I purchased service agreement from Toyota Company and as a result, I have to go to Toyota dealership for service. The quality and professionalism at this dealership is pathetic. They can put you in harm's way. In Month of May-2013, I got my Car Serviced and was told that Brakes needs attention. When I again went for Service in Oct-2013, I was told my Brakes are in perfect condition. I have printed report for May-2013 and Oct-2013 to show, if needed. This really amazes me - Do Brakes linings NOT wear off in time. Had I followed advice and suggestion of this Dealership, I would be driving my Car assuming Brakes are in perfect condition, where as it may not be the case. Not sure if this dealership did even check my Brakes or simply put some numbers on a paper an gave me the report. More
This was perhaps the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a car. The business manager Jerry Gannon and salesman Matthew Brouillette bent over backwards to get me a great deal!! Both of thes had in buying a car. The business manager Jerry Gannon and salesman Matthew Brouillette bent over backwards to get me a great deal!! Both of these men went above and beyond what they had to do to make me happy. The entire sales staff was pleasant to work with and tho may have not been working with me directly, everyone was polite and attentive to answer any questions I had. I'm very happy with my new car and I'm very, very happy with this buying experience. I will definitely buy a car from Toyota of Nashua again!! More

From Enfield, NH, in a pinch, keys in trunk, Kevin sent a parts runner w/a key, worked perfectly, wouldn't accept a tip, very nice people. How many dealership's would do that for you? My experience at the Truck Center at Toyota of Nashua far exceeded my expectations. I have purchased several vehicles in my life and have always dreaded the haggling and high pressure sales tactics that are exceeded my expectations. I have purchased several vehicles in my life and have always dreaded the haggling and high pressure sales tactics that are typical with most dealerships. It was so refreshing to meet Matt Brouillette, who was so genuine and personable and who helped me browse the inventory without any pressure what-so-ever. I was very interested in a certified pre-owned RAV4. The price was fair based on my research, but it didn’t have a leather interior, which I really wanted. I was introduced to the sales manager, Mark Preston, who offered to install heated leather seats at no additional cost. The leather interior came out awesome, with the added benefit of giving it that new car smell. When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed some scratches on the hood that I hadn’t noticed when I signed the purchase and sale, and the tires were more worn than I would have liked. When I brought these to Mark’s attention, he told me they’d take care of it. There was no hesitation, no haggling. He just took care of it. I love my pre-owned RAV4 and I can’t say enough about how well I was treated at the Truck Center at Toyota of Nashua. More
So we have had our 2005 Sienna since the end of February/early March 2013, it now being August 2013. The day of purchase I told my sales rep Joe "the tires look bald and need replaced", he said "we February/early March 2013, it now being August 2013. The day of purchase I told my sales rep Joe "the tires look bald and need replaced", he said "we'll get it to service and they'll fix it"...they put air in, and called it a day. 2 weeks later, there was snow on the ground, as I took my husband to work we had a total spin out!! No grip or traction, and hit a snow bank, after swerving in and out of the oncoming lane! I called Toyota and spoke to a service rep (cant recall his name), I told him that 2 weeks earlier I had bought the van and mentioned that the tires were bald and old and needed replaced, he said to come in for an appointment and they'd "check it out". I scheduled an appointment, at the same time, I asked them to check the squeaky brakes, again, I was told, "they hold air fine" (which they don't, every few days we have to re-inflate them) and was told "the brakes squeak because they are after market" (these brakes squeak CONSTANTLY, not randomly, Ive had several cars with after market brakes and other parts..yes occasionally they squeak, but not EVERY single time I touch the peddle!!" Anywho, I went on my frustrated way because I had my kids with me and had errands to run. I told my husband what had happened, needless to say he was far beyond my anger level, understandable since we drive 5 children around daily and had already spun out once! So, TWICE in the 1st month of purchase I mentioned bald tires, my spin out, and brakes...NOTHING was done.. We don't have cash to just throw to everything, raising a family of 8 isn't cheap, which is why we thought going to a dealer to get a newer, "cared for" vehicle would save us time and hassle of constant issues and repairs.. Turns out, that's not the case..so the last time we had rain, my tires slipped, AGAIN, and almost caused an accident, I had my kids in the car! So, Ive made yet ANOTHER appointment.. I'm truly hoping that Toyota will take care of the problem this go round, and put some new tires on the van, as should have been done since I 1st pointed out the issue, instead of being blown off. If not, if I have another accident or road hazard between now and the time I can afford to put my own new tires on (before the 1st snow hits hopefully)...I'm prepared to hold Toyota legally liable for any and all Fatalities and Damages caused by them not listening to me when I, 3 times have pointed out the condition of the tires (Twice within the 1st month of purchase!!) And since I have the paperwork to show I brung it to their attention and nothing was done, Im sure they will be held accountable... I really hope its properly handled this time and no further issue need arise. More
