The new auto service center is great. I also liked the expedient service I received bringing in my vehicle for a recall. My personal inexperience with buying a car made the car buying experience stressful and required hard work on his behalf. Jason's professionalism made the experience and process much easier to endure. As a military member, it is comforting to know that there are good people in this country like Jason Stefanski who are worth fighting for. I went in to buy my 2nd Prius (3rd generation) 2012 model. Only option i wanted in new Car was VIP RS 3200 (security system). When we settled on the Price, I was told VIP RS 3200 (security system) model. Only option i wanted in new Car was VIP RS 3200 (security system). When we settled on the Price, I was told VIP RS 3200 (security system) will be included and it is ok with the price negotiated. After 2 days, I got a call that, feature will cost me $300+, when told it was agreed upon, they said will get back. Next day I was told point blank, this feature cannot be installed on Prius. I called Toyota(manfacturer) customer service and they confirmed that VIP RS 3200 is NOT factory installed feature and can be installed anytime. It appears that dealer is turning back on their commitment and trying to give false information by saying that -- Option (VIP RS3200) which Toyota(Maufacturer) clearly say is installable, but dealer says it cannot be installed on Prius. It appears this dealership knows more about Prius than the Toyota manufacturer. More
My call was from a website vehicle search. Krista was knowledgable and help with all my questions. I call to see the Sienna, it was ready in the lot on my arrival. Kevin took over, gave me additional inf knowledgable and help with all my questions. I call to see the Sienna, it was ready in the lot on my arrival. Kevin took over, gave me additional information, showed the van and we took it for a test ride. The Sienna was exactly as advertised on website, the customer service was excellent, and the sale was completed. I past at least 2 other Toyota Dealerships and would do it again for the overall customer satisfaction. I left that day with the Sienna, with the exact options and color my wife wanted. The entire staff was pleasant and easy to work. More
