Firstly, the internet Sales Admin (Donna Drakoulakos) was very good at giving all the details I needed. She gave everything I asked for including the final ON-ROAD price which I could not get from a couple o very good at giving all the details I needed. All her responses to my emails were very prompt and her answers were to the point. I pretty much had made the decision to buy the car after I got the final quote including all charges. Secondly my experience at the dealership was very good too. Rich Malloy was the designated sales person. He cleared all the doubts I had and gave me a clear picture of what I was going to get. I took the quote I got from Donna and they were happy to give me that price. In my opinion, you cant ask for much more. Usually when you walk into a dealership you find that the final price is hundreds of dollars more that what you got as a quote via email. More

I took my wife for a second visit to this dealer. We were greated to 3-4 salesmen smoking just outside the main door. The guy that helped us didn't want to b/c he was helping out Julia who wasn't there were greated to 3-4 salesmen smoking just outside the main door. He insisted to call Julia since we had worked with her before, so while she is telling me she already left for the day and had a car full of groceries and she can't make it, this other salesmen misses a call. After he gets back with a key I let him know and he cusses in front of us and unlocks the car and leaves us (which in a way was nice). He then disappears and cannot be found. We are ready to move on to another model and we cannot find this guy. Eventually we give up and go to the manager and he pulls out all the keys at once for the cars we want to look and and lets us make our comparison in a timely matter. We'll never go back here due to the lack of professionalism of the sales staff. More

The salesperson named Rudy was not quite friendly. He is a typical "car salesman" that I didn't want to deal with. I said he will be back since he needs to find a demo car for test drive and never showed up. When I asked other sales associates, none of them were quite ready to help me. If a new customer gets this kind of treatment I am wondering how they make any business. Also I heard their service is also pretty bad and deceptive. More

I had a post in this spot generally trashing this dealership. I have since been in contact with people there that put in the effort to make sure I was satisfied. While I still think things could have gone better, the people in service, customer relations and management picked up the slack and corrected the issues I had. Things can sometimes go wrong and that is to be expected, what matters is how the dealership responds, and in this case I think they worked hard to set things right, it's just a matter of talking to the right people. I went there and it took about 5 minutes for someone to finally realize I needed held. I got stuck with this shitty salesman named Victor. So the pain in the ass that salesmen are tried to put me in the color I wanted in the XLE model which was like $8,000 more and I told him that I didn't want it. But he kept on me and I knew I was unable to spend that much. This was my second bad experience with Toyota of Nashua, I love the brand, but not this dealership. They have terrible customer service skills, Victor tried to get into my finances with me to see if he thought I could afford it, I thought this was unprofessional. I will never go to Toyota of Nashua again. GO TO ERNIE BOCH JR, he's atleast $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else. That's where I went. And VICTOR from Toyota of Nashua SUCKS!!! More

They were able with complete efficiency / proficiency to answer all of my questions concerning my selection and purchasing of a new automobile during the 'Cash for Klunker program!' So far my family and I have purchased a Toyota Corolla and a Camry four door Le Sedan from Toyota of Nashua. Excellent reliable cars! In the past, he guided me when I needed service with a stubborn, hard to diagnose problem my old Camry developed. Once he arranged a tow when I was in Texas and my car was in a local shop! He coordinated with the shop and helped me greatly. My experiences with the service department have also been superb. I got regular calls and assistance beyond what I expected. I help professionals and small businesses create great patient and client rapport so I have a high benchmark for customer relations. The customer service at Toyota of Nashua has been exceptional. Months later after he had moved 1200 miles away, he had an unexpected problem and was quoted an expensive repair. Although not responsible for the issue, Dick Malloy heard of it, and made contact with a service group near my son and the repair was done for less than $100. That kind of caring, long after a sale is just one of the reasons I keep coming back to this dealership. More
