Our experience was outstanding and we were very happy with the 2012 Toyota Corolla she ended up with. The Sales manager Jerry Gannon went above and beyond to assist my mom in finding both the right car for the right price. The sales associate, (Quincy) was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to Toyota of Nashua in the future. Go see Jerry or Quincy to get the ball rolling in the right direction! More

Heather be thy name Few months back, I contacted Internet Agent Heather Guillen, as to a Certified 2013 Toyota 4runner Trail Edition. Sadly, this rare vehicle was sold up Few months back, I contacted Internet Agent Heather Guillen, as to a Certified 2013 Toyota 4runner Trail Edition. Sadly, this rare vehicle was sold upon my discovery. However, Heather continued to reach out to me, searching for another vehicle of the like. As it turned out, I placed a deposit and had an appointment with Boch Toyota, which was the same distance, but South. Boch's 4Runner was damaged, and they refused to correct, and when I now decided a new vehicle at four to five thousand dollars more, with it's model updates, leather seats and better warranty would be more suitable, Boch again refused to deal at or below invoice. Boch's manager stated "why would I sell to you, as you are not in my demographic". Shortly thereafter, I secured an invoice price with Ira Toyota, but Heather now emailed me again, asking how my search went. While in the Ira lot, Heather stated she would sell me a 2015 4Runner TEP for $1200 under invoice. Ira wanted to now match, however I stated, "If everyone used other dealerships quotes as leverage, then no one would ever offer a good price". I then drove to Nashua, met with a nice Salesman, Paul Smith, and secured a great finance rate for six years with Jose Ferreiras. The only issue was that of the extra running around I had to do to register this m/v in Mass. But all and all, I would recommend Nashua Toyota with Heather and Paul at the helm any day over Boch in Norwood. More

We traded in a vehicle that belonged to my wifes deceased father. This vehicle was willed to my wife, by her father. At the time the vehicle was traded in, it was not yet legally titled in my wifes name. This information was thoroughly explained to the dealership including Matt. They offered to still take the vehicle, and we would have it titled and sent to the dealer as soon as we recieved it. This process can take up to 4-6 weeks. Since then we have yet to recieve the title.Matt has been harrassfully calling my wife and I even after explaining that we had not received the title yet, he has called us names, and has been extremely unprofessional. He has threatened us personally, to come and take our 2015 Toyota corolla, in which we own and attain the title to in our names. This salesman has been extremely vulgar to my wife and I with countless phone calls at various hours through out the day. He specifically called to harass us today, and at this point we have offered to purchase the vehicle back. This man has a very angry disposition and has literally worried my wife. This man should not be allowed to represent a company and conduct business on this level. More

Beyond words I called this dealership on the phone to inquire about leasing. I spoke to Heather after the receptionist answered the phone. Heather told me she was I called this dealership on the phone to inquire about leasing. I spoke to Heather after the receptionist answered the phone. Heather told me she was a sales person, so I gave her my specifics and told her I'd be up there today to get info on leasing. Upon getting out of my car to walk into their showroom, we see about 6 or so guys standing by the front doors basically doing nothing but BSing together. We walk in, we get approached by Joe D, I tell him I'm there to see Heather as I spoke to her on phone earlier. Heather quoted me some very appealing numbers on a possible lease over the phone. I tell Joe D this info, he in turn tells me that Heather is merely an Internet Salesperson, the ones who bait customers to come to their place and buy, buy, buy. The showroom was freezing to the point of my Fiancee having to go back to our car to get warm. To make a long story short, their numbers were way out of line for both my trade and possible lease, and Joe D needs to learn to NOT present himself so snobbish. We won't be returning here. More

Rick LaBrie the GM, Mark Preston the Sales Manager in the truck center and my salesperson Matt Brouillette all worked together to help me buy the used truck I really wanted. I have bought many cars from local dealers over the years but the most from this dealership. They treat you right and are great to work with. And the new facility is fantastic. I recommend them without hesitation. More
Service Department I am happy to announce an EXCELLENT experience with the service department, James Page is Amazing and so was the mechanic working with him a few night I am happy to announce an EXCELLENT experience with the service department, James Page is Amazing and so was the mechanic working with him a few nights ago. My appointment was at 5pm, I came to see what went wrong with some repairs another "mechanic" was supposed to have fixed, the 1 time I have ever gotten service done at a non-Toyota shop, and it was plain misery! (Those guys have a different type of review coming!...Anyways James did right by us and got several issues fixed, and we are going back in to have the remaining couple problems solved.. I would recommend going to see James Page to anyone! They have a 3 on 4 off work schedule, so be sure he is there :) More
Expected better I recently went to see a 2002 Nissan Xterra listed at $4995 that I found on a car finder web site. Great price from a respectable dealer . Could I recently went to see a 2002 Nissan Xterra listed at $4995 that I found on a car finder web site. Great price from a respectable dealer . Could not test drive it because it had not gone thru the shop and did not have a safety sticker. Strange ? Was told that if I was interested I should put a deposit on it as there were other customer's interested . In the process of doing this I was told that this was an "AS IS "sale and I would be responsible for the repair costs necessary to obtain a safety sticker and it could not leave the dealership without a sticker. I balked at that and told Paul that the listing did not say AS IS and even if it did how could I agree to this if I did not know what was wrong with it. Paul "talked" to his manager and told me that the dealership would pay for the shop cost and the SUV would be sold to me with a sticker. Great! Paul started to put the figures on paper. He wrote the list price as $ 8995, I told him it was $4995. He seemed surprised and wanted to know where I got that price . I told him it was on Cars, com and on the dealer web site, Once again he went to talk to his manager, He came back and said I could have it for $4999 but I would have to pay for any necessary repairs to obtain a sticker or I could pay $7200 with a sticker and a 30 day warranty, The classic bait and switch. I said no and walked out. In 30+ years of buying vehicles this was the first time a dealership ever tried to pull anything like this. I bought a vehicle from this dealer in 1995 and thought they were honest and trustworthy. What happened since? Take my advice and take your business elsewhere. This dealer should not be trusted. BTW: By the time I got home the listing had been removed from Cars.com Update: Paul call me and apologized for the ""mis-understanding". Said that he was new and gave me some misinformation. He told me I could have driven the vehicle off that lot with a sticker. Could I have have test driven it ??? What was wrong with it?? What about the different prices? He said he would still like to sell me something. I told him I appreciated him .calling but I could not trust him or the dealer and would not do a deal with him More
