Excellent Car Buying Experience with RAJEEV (RICKY) Rajeev (Ricky) worked extremely hard to earn my business.. There were some hiccups with the Finance Dept ( Almost two hours wait and they were still t Rajeev (Ricky) worked extremely hard to earn my business.. There were some hiccups with the Finance Dept ( Almost two hours wait and they were still too busy to take my money and let me pay for the car) but Sales person Rajeev (Ricky) was keep trying to please me and challenge to overcome my disappointment and my walk out and the very next day I was in and out with my brand new 2016 Rav4. I still can't understand why Finance can't keep schedule appointments but as long as the Sales team picks up the slack you will get what you need. I do appreciate the time and effort of Ricky put into my purchase ( it took me 2 months to make a firm decision on the model and color) and highly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy a new vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed to buy this car. This is my 3rd Toyota purchase from him and I am very happy with his services! He is very pleasant, honest and professional. More

EASY SALE Have been looking for a new highlander since early december.Went on nashua of toyota website and found the vehicle we liked. They do not keep their word Long story short. I went there to trade in my car for a 2012 Prius and I talked to Ron from Toyota of Nashua, he was actually very helpful through the Long story short. I went there to trade in my car for a 2012 Prius and I talked to Ron from Toyota of Nashua, he was actually very helpful through the process but when he delivered the car to me there was only 1 key and he promised that he would mail the 2nd key to me. I called several times and was given the run around. Then he stopped answering my phone calls. I went to a Toyota near me and was quoted about $500 for another key, I can't afford that. I think its very disrespectful to tell a customer you are going to do something and then don't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, because they do not keep their word. BUYER BEWARE! More

The issues I had with my newly purchased truck were immediately dealt with in a friendly and understanding manner by Jerry Gannon to my satisfaction ie: scratches on interior panels and exterior paint. This is the second truck I have bought form Toyota of Nashua and will definitely go there for my third. More
Worst Experience with a Manager at a Dealership EVER I had been in the market for a car for over a year. I know what I wanted, needed, and I know my budget. I did my research on what was the best car for I had been in the market for a car for over a year. I know what I wanted, needed, and I know my budget. I did my research on what was the best car for my budget and traveling needs. I also had a trade that I knew what I should be expecting to get for it. I went in the morning and dealt with a manager named Mark who was awesome and a sales man named Anthony who was helpful. At the time I did not have my vehicle for them to look at and let them know I would be back later in the day. I went back with my vehicle that evening. Anthony was no longer at work, but came back to help me. This I thought was amazing service. I then had to deal with a different manager, who I do not even know his name. I do not know his name because he did not take a second to introduce himself to my father or myself. He treated me as if I was just a number and more of a bother than anything. He has ZERO people skills. I was completely taken back by his lack of care for customer service and manners. When dealing with my trade he low balled me significantly. I was receiving offers that were 3-4,000 dollars higher then what he offered. He then went on to LIE and state that my car's engine was smoking.At this point my father and I walked out. Earlier that day I actually had my car in the shop getting all checked and cleared by my mechanic so that it was ready for a trade. My car was cleared with no concerning problems. This manager just kept rambling about things that were not accurate not just in regards to my car but also in prices for the vehicle I was interested in and for mine. When he spoke he spoke in a condescending tone with a lot of attitude in his voice. I was completely appalled by this behavior. I took my business else where and I am more than happy with the respect and friendliness I was treated with at the other dealership and I love my new car! I was told to not go to Toyota of Nashua and I am sorry that I did not listen to my friends. I will NEVER be back. More
