Thanks to Julia, I had the best car-buying experience of my life. I flew in to Manchester (from Virginia) where Julia had arranged for my pick up and transport to the dealership via Courtesy Shuttle service my life. When I arrived she treated me to some snacks before the test drive. The car (2005 Volvo XC70) was exactly as described, absolutely no short-comings. After paperwork began, Julia was kind enough to treat me to lunch. When we returned from lunch, she led me to the gift shop where she loaded me up with lots of goodies for the long drive back to Virginia. Once all the 'Hancocks' were sorted out, I was on my way and never had to look back. Despite the 12 hour drive home, I would do it all again for the same experience. When I'm ready for another vehicle I will look to Julia Lee Zanella at Toyota of Nashua first. More

I had in mind exactly what I wanted for a monthly payment and thought I would walk out of there with some old car to just to get by. But Nick was able to get me my beautiful 2010 Toyota Camry, with an even better payment plan than I figured, he even took the time to speak with my insurance agent to make sure my payments would be what I can afford. For several months my wife and I had been looking around for a slightly used Camry, perhaps a year or two old. We ended up a at Toyota of Nashua and were greeted by a very friendly, professional, knowledga for a slightly used Camry, perhaps a year or two old. We ended up a at Toyota of Nashua and were greeted by a very friendly, professional, knowledgable salesman named Nick. We looked around the lot, not many slightly used Camrys to be found so we test drove a brand new 2011 Camry. We liked the car and decided to talk pricing. Its a game, we all know and expect that. Given the incentives and 0% financing for new cars we negotiated seriously and ended up with what we considered a "fair price." We mad a deal and the follow up was easy, swift, and professional; they even delivered the car to us in Lowell. Nick followed up on several ocassions to see if things were ok and if we were satisfied. The only problem I had was that the adhesive around the windsreen for the sunroof was not holding and became quite noisy. The dealership got me the morning I called about it, re-applied the adhesive and seems to have fixed it. It was painless and quick. Overall it was a positive experience. Nick was helpful and courteous; I'd go back to him for future purchases. More

He said great come back when we dicide and shop around. WOW! NO PRESSURE! We went back and test drove two more times on two different days. He stil had the patience of Jobe.
