My most recent purchase, the 2017 Toyota Sienna LS, I have purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Nashua, both through their Internet sales division. My most recent purchase, the 2017 Toyota Sienna LS, was quoted $4500 less than the retail price. After calling Kay, at Internet sales, and asking if they would take a certain price, I ended up purchasing the vehicle for $5000 less than retail plus a free set of all weather floor mats. I had, in effect, purchased this vehicle without even entering the show room. And for those who do not like waiting some time for their vehicle to be serviced, schedule your appointment for early in the morning and enjoy a great home-cooked breakfast in their café for under five dollars. More

When It comes to the Excellent Car Buying experience, Painless and Knowledgeble staff , there is One name Ricky Aurora! That's it. His Professionalism and Knowledge of Toyota way beyond my expection. Even Anthony was great in Finance department. Best Team work. He was very detail oriented as, when I picked up my new Highlander. Actually This vehicle purchased by my Mother, I was only helping her. He is very respectful, polite and crystal clear on every occasion. After buying he called two times, to check on us to make sure we are 100% satisfied and happy with buying experience. "We had a deal at Woburn but, the way they cunduct business that horrified my Mother. sales personal was unprofessional and unhygienic. Lots of pressure and games." His Manager D. Brannon with heavy Voice was Very Rude and disrespectful to my family, Told his sales person on my back that "Let them go or Throw them out" We came to Toyota of Nashua. We live in Billerica, MA. Experience With Ricky Aurora at Nashua Toyota was much pleasurable. True Gentleman, True Sales professional. I Recommend to every one this Dealership and Sales Professional Ricky Aurora. Stuck at Toyota Came to Toyota for oil change on wife's rav4, and low air light that keeps coming on. They found 2 nails in tire so needed to be replaced, instead of repaired. I just went over the 3 hr mark and I am still stuck here, ridiculous doesn't begin to tell you how bad service is here. More
Purchased two cars in the past 2 years - Never Again My wife and I purchased a 2016 Rav4 in March - got horrible service when trying to pick up the car - waited for hours- 9:15 pm - told the salesman th My wife and I purchased a 2016 Rav4 in March - got horrible service when trying to pick up the car - waited for hours- 9:15 pm - told the salesman the deal was off if I didn't have the car by 9:30... 9:45 got the car - and was told to come back in the morning to finish the paperwork.... Fast forward to October: the light for low tire pressure came on - my wife called the service center - to see if they could look at it.. (she was taking my daughter back to UMASS Amherst) Was told they could fit her in at 4:00 pm the following day... Told them of the trip - but was told - we cant fit you in. and rudely said "try putting some air into the tire" Called Acton Toyota - told them the same story - had an appointment at 7:00 am the next morning. Ended up that there was a nail in the tire... Nashua Toyota put my wife and my daughters lives in danger... I will never go back to them... spent over 70,000 dollars on two cars in two years at Nashua Toyota - and was told to put air in the tire....crazy - Just purchased a 2016 Highlander - not from Nashua Toyota - Thanks Acton Toyota... More

The best service you could ask for! I have never had a bad experience with sales and service at Toyota of Nashua. Always have had my 2006 4Runner and 2010 Tacoma serviced here.
