She was very kind and patient and managed to make a deal where she took both my husband's car and mine and traded it for one newer car without me having to pay any additional money. A few years ago, I traded that Camry in for a newer one, still used. I didn't like the strips on the sides and Julia Lee had them removed for me. She will work with you to get the right car for you and keep in touch with you to make sure everything is okay. She is the only person that I would TRUST to buy another car. Was a difficult decision on purchasing 2012 Camry because I traded a 2011 BMW 328x did a great job of keeping the transaction smoothly as possible.
