I was warned by a friend of their lackluster customer service in the Service Department. Well, needless to say, I had an awful experience with them. My 2011 Highlander makes an awful drive train whine no service in the Service Department. Well, needless to say, I had an awful experience with them. My 2011 Highlander makes an awful drive train whine noise that they say is "characteristic of Toyotas". Well, it is a horrible, unnecessary characteristic of Toyotas. They are useless and uneducated on what they are doing. I had a $3k part put into my Highlander, only to find out, IT DIDN'T NEED THAT PART. They try to blame anything wrong with your vehicle on the driver. My one year old Highlander needed new tires, but that was my fault because I had a plug in ONE tire. How does this make any sense? They need to educate their service department. They need better customer service, AND they need to clean their loaner cars (I got one full of dog hair). I was NOT happy with lack of assistance by the Service Dept. Manager Dana Booth, again, useless. I was not happy with the condescending manner in which I was spoken to by the Corporate Field Tech, Ted, and I was not happy with the outcome of my car's problem. The only good thing that came out of this was my fight for four new tires (which I got). They say it was a "good will gesture", I say it was Toyotas obligation since four tires should not be losing tread at 13K miles!!!! More
I bought a SUV through the Hybrid Center, which is a division of Toyota of Nashua. I bought the extended warranty, as my vehicle is used. Big mistake!!!!!! I will never see that money back. About division of Toyota of Nashua. I bought the extended warranty, as my vehicle is used. Big mistake!!!!!! I will never see that money back. About a week after I got the vehicle, I noticed my air conditioner wasn't working correctly and that my overhead light did not go on when my door opened. However, I was not able to bring it in for repair due to my work schedule. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change because a warning light went on, but forgot to mention the other 2 problems. However, when I noticed a warning light go on, I brought my it in. After waiting a while, I was told that they didn't have my parts in stock, but they would call me. They did, brought it in, left it because I was told there would be a 5 hour wait. Well, I picked the car up, but the overhead light was not repaired because they received the wrong part. I never received a call telling me the part was in, nor was the repair light issue dealt with. I called the service manager, as advised by the Hybrid Center, and he never returned my call. I took my vehicle in for inspection and was informed that I need new rotors and break pads. I was also told that the level of deterioration could not have been caused in the 6 months that I had the vehicle, which means that this should have been repaired before I got the car or I should have been told about it when Toyota inspected it, as the wear would have been obvious to a trained eye. I now have to find another service center that accepts the same warranty. I never heard back from service, I never received a return call from the service manager, and I have to pay for parts that should not need replacing in a vehicle that was bought seven months ago. I've been driving my previously owned 2009 Toyota for almost 2 months. Am so far pleased with its looks, handling, and power windows and locks. Nick Nisotakis was appreciative of the fact that I could almost 2 months. Am so far pleased with its looks, handling, and power windows and locks. Nick Nisotakis was appreciative of the fact that I could not reach the manual door locks & windows in the vehicle I purchased in the Spring of 2011 because of my short reach. He was also courteuous and respected the fact that I had to put negotiations on hold when the October 31st snow storm and five day power outage hit. I would deal with him again and recommend him to others. More
I have been going to Toyota of Nashua for the past 6 years for my leases. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Rich Molloy has been my salesman for the past 3 lea years for my leases. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Rich Molloy has been my salesman for the past 3 leases I have had and he is an exceptionally excellent person to deal with. He is never too busy to lend a hand, and always leaves me with the feeling that I am an important customer and that he will do whatever it takes to make sure I am happy. One of the things that I am most impressed with is that Rich gives his customers his personal number. He always answers or gets right back to me when I call. I always speak highly of and would recommend Toyota of Nashua to all of my friends and family. Thank you doesnt seem like enough, but I will say it anyhow. Thank you to Rich and staff for always making my leasing experience a very happy one! More

We have been here before and bought a new vehicle 4 years ago thru Rich. We are now looking to buy another vehicle and went in to sight see what is out there. We liked Rich the first time and asked if he w ago thru Rich. We are now looking to buy another vehicle and went in to sight see what is out there. We liked Rich the first time and asked if he was still there and he is. We were excited to hear. (not that excited with sales person when we asked him if we could deal with Rich- he sort of left us) We can tell Rich what we are looking for in a vehicle he and he points out what is there. He lets us browse, comes back to check on us or we flag him down, he doesn't rush us or push us. There is no pressure with him. We can leave, call him up with questions and he doesn't hesitate to answer. He is a pleasure to work with. More
Never trust a car salesman, never believe when s/he tells you; “I’m being honest with you” or “this is a special deal that I’ve managed to get just for you” or BS like that, because they are almost never hon you; “I’m being honest with you” or “this is a special deal that I’ve managed to get just for you” or BS like that, because they are almost never honest and upfront or sincere. I grew up with these notions and most often than not they were correct whenever I bought a new/used car from any dealer. Toyota of Nashua proved me 100% wrong when I purchased my 2012 Highlander SE from them and finalized the deal yesterday (12/21/11). I communicated with them and 4 other dealers over the email (so that I had everything in writing), only visited one dealership to test drive the car and made sure that until and unless we agreed on a price and terms and conditions I wasn’t going to even give them my phone #. Well, for me, this strategy worked out beautifully as I avoided visiting the dealerships and kept on negotiating via email. I sent an email to about 5 Toyota dealerships outlining my requirements, the same specs went to everyone and then the quotes started coming in. I wasn’t impulsive this time and took my time negotiating and mulling over what I received from each dealer. Something important to mention here is that Toyota of Nashua wasn’t the absolute cheapest but the professionalism, courtesy and flexibility they showed swayed me to them. A big THANK YOU to Michelle Norton (internet sales), John Marino (sales manager), Josh Houde (my sales guy, simply a brilliant young fella) and Andrew Lawrenson (finance manager). Keep up the good work guys. I am looking forward to getting my regular maintenance done through them as well and would love to write my honest experience once I go through it. Toyota of Nashua, the bar is high, don’t disappoint me in your service department. Merry Christmas, Seasons Greetings and a happy New Year. More
Rich was helpful and informative but not pushy. He helped us negotiate a fair price and made the process run smoothly. The dealership had the car I wanted available and had it ready for me a day later. us negotiate a fair price and made the process run smoothly. Rich Molloy was unbelievably helpful to me in purchasing my Camry. He listened to what I wanted and needed. He explained the models to me and it's why I bought a camry instead of a corolla.
