I want to issue an apology to the negative review written on Feb 13, 2022 regarding service on my truck. I accused, wrongfully, that someone in the service dept who worked on my truck had stole an item from on Feb 13, 2022 regarding service on my truck. I accused, wrongfully, that someone in the service dept who worked on my truck had stole an item from beneath the rear seat. I didn't notice it gone until needing it and couldn't find it anywhere in the truck where it was last seen. Just this weekend while cleaning out my garage, I found the item. For some reason, I removed it from my truck and stored it in the garage and forgot about it. Right now I feel like a total idiot for jumping to the conclusion of thievery at the dealership. Prior to this stupid accusation, I've had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership service dept. I'm hoping this follow-up on the review makes all good between the service group and myself as I continue to have my truck serviced at this dealership. I need to be sure to never assume anything as the saying goes "when you assume, you make an "xxx" out of "U" and "ME". So again, my sincerest apology. More

The Sales person Jason Mora was very knowledgeable and helpful in our final decision on which vehicle we eventually purchased. To me it was unacceptable to leave us hanging without a vehicle for that long. If they just told me the truth from the beginning, that it would take a week I could have rented a vehicle for the week, or gave me a loaner. I would have taken the financial hit of the rental and lived with it Toyota of Nashua needs to take into consideration that their Clients have jobs and need a vehicle to get there. Otherwise we will have no job and not be able to purchase any vehicles from them. Even much smaller auto repair shops have loaner vehicles when they have your vehicle in repair for an extended period! And for that reason I did not give a 5 star More

After searching dealerships all over CT and into NY & MA looking for a 4Runner, we finally traveled up to NH to look at two. We worked with Bill Cavanaugh, and had an unexpectedly wonderful experience. I looking for a 4Runner, we finally traveled up to NH to look at two. I don't prefer dealing with dealerships in general, but Bill made us feel very comfortable, answered all our questions, and considering that we did not go there expecting to actually buy a car that day, was tremendously helpful in making the sale happen. This included a trade-in that we got more money than we expected for. We drove it home that day! My wife and I both love the car, and were really thrilled with the whole experience. It was certainly worth the trip. More

I visited Toyota of Nashua to test drive a used car they had advertised. There was an obvious issue would have stopped me buying it, but they offered up front to take care of it and invite me back to drive had advertised. I bought the car, but shortly discovered another issue that had not been obvious before. I reported it to them and they checked it out, agreed, and took care of it as quickly as possible. They were very fair and easy to work with, both during the sale and the after-sale service, even though the issues were bigger than just a minor annoyance. A big Thank You to manager Tim Hall and his entire department at the Truck Center for their helpfulness during several visits, and the honest and direct way they handled the sale & after-sale service.
