*Found a vehicle online and sent an email to see if it was still available since I live about 1.5 hours away. Received a basic quote, used the Dealerships online trade in estimator and thought it was dece was still available since I live about 1.5 hours away. Received a basic quote, used the Dealerships online trade in estimator and thought it was decent. My vehicle's trade in received $17K+ on middle of the road estimate-very encouraging! I had received a similar estimate over the weekend. If I got at least that, I was hopeful the deal was going to work out. I reached out and asked if I could come up and I was told 'Absolutely' and 'They'd have it ready for me'. *On the way, I was notified the apt. was with Jason Gaines. We spoke relatively briefly prior to taking me to the vehicle. I asked if it had a single owner and he stated that he wasn't sure because he hadn't checked. I asked if there was a clean Carfax and he stated, condescendingly, "Well, if I haven't checked on how many owners, it's pretty safe to say I haven't checked the Carfax". Hmmm.... Well..... Not sure why he wasn't prepared for my appointment. But let's move on... *We go for a test ride. I ask him about the advertised 'Clearcoat' and what that was. He stated that it was a ceramic coat, lasts 6 years, etc. Very nice! We make it back to the dealership and he goes to run the numbers. Comes back with a "Nano fee" and explains that it's for the ceramic coat. I asked him why I would need to pay for the ceramic coat if it was already applied? Why wouldn't it be wrapped into the $35500. He stated that it wasn't done. I reiterated that I had asked while in the vehicle with him if the clearcoat was the ceramic coat and that he had said 'yes'. My next question was, "If it hasn't been done, then why would you advertise that it had been?" He didn't seem to have an answer for that. I then asked, "So if I don't want the charge, I don't need to do it?" To which he said, yes. Honestly, it made me feel like something fishy was going on. Did the vehicle have a ceramic coat and he was just going to charge me again? Or is there a difference between Clearcoat and Ceramic coat and he doesn't know about it? *First offer for trade came in at $11K. $11K????!!!!! I received a $16K offer a few days ago and the Dealerships Estimator came in at $17K+. That's a $6K+ difference. I told him I was a bit baffled and there was no way I was going to take that as a trade. He tried to convince me that the vehicle was $42K and they were giving me a $6500 discount. I stated that no he wasn't. The vehicle was priced at $35500 and a discount is made AFTER a person sees the sticker price. He said and I quote, "We have to advertise it as that to get people in the door". I said that it sounded a little like trickery. I knew that the price wasn't going to be lowered. I've looked enough and know enough people who have bought in this market to know that the price wasn't going to come down. I didn't walk in the door thinking it would. However, on the flip side, I didn't walk in the door and expect a Sales Rep to basically say that 'yeah well it could've been worse'. Bad sales tactic in my opinion. *He went back to the table with the powers that be for a new trade number and came back with $13K. Still $3K below what I was offered this weekend and $4K+ lower than their own online Estimator provided. I told him that if I knew they were going to come in so ridiculously low compared to both their own website and another dealership offer I NEVER would've driven all the way out there. *I stood up and said that it looked like we couldn't find a middle ground here and that if something else changed to let me know. He said that he could help me look for another vehicle if I wanted and I advised him that this was not a vehicle issue but a trade in issue. If he had been somewhere close to the Dealerships Estimator I most likely would've signed the dotted line. *He never asked to run my credit for competitive rates. Gave me generic rates that were 2% above what I knew I could get. Lazy work. Honestly, it's the reason why people hate dealing with and don't trust big dealerships. Very disappointing! More
Li was awesome to work with— he was friendly, helpful, and most importantly he wasn’t pushy. If you need a new car, check out Toyota of Nashua and ask for Li! I can’t express how much Derrick at Toyota of Nashua helped me. First off I had gone in there a couple months ago with the intention of buying a brand new 2022 Toyota Tundra. I had told Derrick that I w helped me. First off I had gone in there a couple months ago with the intention of buying a brand new 2022 Toyota Tundra. I had told Derrick that I wanted to put money down for the truck seeing that it wasn’t already there. He told me he would be getting in contact with me through the waiting period, that’s exactly what he did. We spoke over and over talking about the truck and how my family was doing. Finally when it was time for me to pick up the truck things got a bit crazy in my life so I didn’t think I was going to be able to get the truck. I had told him my situation and he said you know come on down let’s see what we can do and if you’re not happy with what I can provide “no harm no foul”. Im happy to say that last night I picked up my forever truck. Thank you so much Derrick and the team at Toyota of Nashua. I will make sure to recommend you to all family and friends. 🤘 More

Every person is polite and goes out of their way to make you feel good about your service experience. I feel like they must own shares or have profit sharing. Just can't say enough.
