Was just helping my mother to drop of and pick up her 2016 RAV4 for service, but I was also looking to trade in my 2018 Jeep Renegage for a RAV4 Hybrid or the Mtistubishi PHEV they had. Dan V. saw us and 2016 RAV4 for service, but I was also looking to trade in my 2018 Jeep Renegage for a RAV4 Hybrid or the Mtistubishi PHEV they had. Dan V. saw us and introduced himeself. He was not pushy at all, he did his research to find the information I needed to make the right purchase, which was the 2021 RAV4 Hyrbid. He worked to get me as much as he could for my trade in knowing I would role in negative equity, and we were able to get a deal done. During the purchase and after, he took the time to explain the workings of the car and he was very transparent in discussing all my options and was understanding if I declined some of them. This was one of the best, if not the sales experience and I would definately recommed Toyota of Nashua, and ask for Dan V. More
Attempted to renew my wife’s lease and Toyota tried tripling the previous payments. After weeks of Toyota “helping” by slowly seeing how much they could get away with increasing my price, they finally tripling the previous payments. After weeks of Toyota “helping” by slowly seeing how much they could get away with increasing my price, they finally brought it back to normal ish levels granted still higher than previously. Agreed on a price and set out to get the car, which they also tried demanding I put a hold on. They then bailed when I was on my way to pick up the car saying it hadn’t arrived yet. When I couldn’t make it the next day due to simply having work, the salesman started hounding me by text that I need to get it or lose it. When I show up the next day to swap cars they again tried raising the price another $100. Toyota of Nashua are lying, sly, typical salesman that should be avoided. They do not want to help and only want to make money off you by straight lying to your face in order to get it. From the managers, financial advisor to the salesmen, I watched all of them put a hand in at destroying the relationship we started nearly 10 years ago. More
It was an excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. My daughter searched for quite a while for just the right vehicle. We found it at Toyota of Nashua. The financial transactions went ver dealership. My daughter searched for quite a while for just the right vehicle. We found it at Toyota of Nashua. The financial transactions went very smoothly. When we got home (3 1/2 hours away) we noticed the heat not working completely. The dealership worked with us and ensured that we were compensated for getting it fixed. Thank you Toyota of Nashua More

I bought my first Toyota truck from Toyota of Nashua in 1986. Now I just bought my fourth Toyota Truck, a 2023 Tacoma off road double cab with a 6 Speed manual. We were in the market for my wife’s next Highlander, full aware that we’d need to be patient due to the shortages of critical parts due to the pandemic. So, in anticipation…and to allow the dealership to co aware that we’d need to be patient due to the shortages of critical parts due to the pandemic. So, in anticipation…and to allow the dealership to consider our hoped-for model…eventually fulfilling our request when “our turn” came around, I put together a proposed “build” of two levels of 2023 Highlander Hybrid, with acceptable options for paint color, interior seating and potential dealer-added options. We’ll, seems the salesman had a goal to sell us on the spot…virtually ignored our well-thought-out proposed options and acceptance of a potentially long wait for fulfillment. He engaged the all-too-typical “let me check with my manager”…and disappeared, leaving us there in the noisy sales room twiddling our thumbs! Finally reappeared and, having heavily marked up our well structured request for the future build/model, indicated that “you’ll never be able to find this…and that…and this other” request. “But, I have found this other model (not even close to that which we had researched and ‘designed’) and I can probably get you into it”. We said that wasn’t OK with us…and he got a bit agitated and said “let me go back and talk to my manager again and see it something else might be available somewhere”. We said we’d waited long enough the last disappearance to the manager…and would leave the proposal with him/them, and if something came up, please contact us. On this, he lost it and told us…”with what your asking for, don’t expect to be able to find anything like that until the ‘25 model year”. Yep, two years to wait…per his threat…because we hoped for fulfillment as broadly specked as we had given him. Not only had we built a thriving fiduciary business…but, also, I had been a professor of business…marketing, finance and, importantly, business policy - Business Policy and Ethics. Let me tell you…IMHO…this is totally lacking (as personified by this salesperson) at this dealership…sadly…especially for folks who can be cowed by the heavy-handed, dismissive sales process. Guess you figured out our position…we don’t even want to pass by their facility in DW Highway…the Stank is just TOO obnoxious. Best of luck at other dealerships…who follow a higher standard!! More
Lured there to drive a manual transmission Tacoma & was assured one was there. Upon arrival none were available & was told "last one just left". OK. Now came the sales games. 1st they marked up the MSRP assured one was there. Upon arrival none were available & was told "last one just left". OK. Now came the sales games. 1st they marked up the MSRPby thousands. Then they underpriced my trade-in by thousands below what Carvana/Carmax offered. The final straw was adding the costly bumper-to-bumper warranty to the offer, after being told I definitely wasn't interested. I politely got up to leave & "the manager" condescendingly offered to redo numbers. Told them to send email. Only received canned thank you follow-up. Go elsewhere. They are myopically dogmatic about their sleaziness, imo. More
