We are very happy with Michael Howard in sales and Scott in finance. This is our 3rd Toyota Tacoma. Love the truck. Michael spent all the time we needed to understand what was offered to us. Had an easy time with this dealership, set up an appointment on line, arrived at scheduled time, was introduced to Mike Howard, he was up front and asked specific questions regarding what I was look appointment on line, arrived at scheduled time, was introduced to Mike Howard, he was up front and asked specific questions regarding what I was looking for in a new Tacoma, the dealership had the vehicle ready to test drive for my wife and I, Mike was very responsive to any questions we had, and took the time to explain options the vehicle has. Once we decided to make the purchase, Mike explained Mcgovern dealerships extra warranty which is included in the purchase price, then we discussed paint and fabric protection, I am very diligent about vehicle care and appearance so getting a ceramic coating for the paint at a great price was a no brainer for us, and the interior protection was included with the package. Mike also explained full coverage protection for ten years which was also a great deal over and above the Mcgovern 10 years/ 150,000 drivetrain warranty, we didn't feel pressured or rushed, even while negotiating the final out the door cost the Toyota interest rates and terms were clearly explained and laid out for us to compare, after a little back and forth discussion and Mike doing his best to work with us, we met with Scott in finance and finalized our deal. Mike Howard and Scott in finance stayed late and we finished the deal and I was able to take our new Tacoma home that night. More
Car-buying ladies flying solo - this is your guy 😊 I was looking to buy a specific vehicle I had seen listed at Toyota of Nashua. I had been to a few other places and most of the salespeople I encounter was looking to buy a specific vehicle I had seen listed at Toyota of Nashua. I had been to a few other places and most of the salespeople I encountered (men) were pretty douchey. Things I don’t need in a car-buying experience include questions like: - What does your father/husband/brother think you should buy? - Why do you want that color? That color is stupid. - Why are you asking about mileage? This car was driven by ONE person and it was a LADY and she was VERY NICE. Joe DeFreitas was amazing! He explained everything in such detail and answered every question I had even if it felt stupid. The car I bought was beautiful and I love it and I'm so grateful it went so smoothly. Buying a car is so stressful, and Joe really made it feel like it was no big deal at all. I don't think I'll need a car anytime soon, but if I do I will go back to Joe 1000%. Thank you so much for being so patient and caring in dealing with my crazy kids. More

I’m not happy at all what I got. I got scammed. With a used Mazda 2021 with 39831 miles and a 624 dollar payment and a warranty of 8338 that I didn’t even ask for. They like to take I got scammed. I've been leasing/purchasing vehicles from Toyota of Nashua since late 2017. My most recent visit, which I'm glad was the quickest not to any credit of the dealership but simply because of my own stron Nashua since late 2017. My most recent visit, which I'm glad was the quickest not to any credit of the dealership but simply because of my own strong-will, was my worst experience. My appointment which I had tried to get booked with my previous salesperson I worked with on my lease took weeks to schedule because their VM was not set up correctly so none of my messages were being received. Not a good business practice in the first place. I was also continuously bombarded with calls from the dealership by people who "worked closely with Jose" asking me to schedule an appointment even though I had contacted him directly via his personal cell phone...so clearly a lack of communications exists here. My appointment set very specifically to purchase the car I had been leasing for the last three years, this was stated over VM and multiple text messages with Jose Mora. Not once, not twice, but three times was I presented "offers" from the sales manager Jason as well as Jose which were very much outside of my price range I stated from the start of my appointment. After I said no multiple times very directly and sternly stating I came here to purchase the car I drove in with within the price range I stated, this comes to be very frustrating when I showed up for once purpose and one purpose only that everyone was aware of. The business manager, Kevin Flynn, was very dismissive during the signature process the paperwork and I found him to be very rude and misogynistic. Comparing me to your daughters and saying "I know that they make mistakes and know you can make them too" to be quite rude not only to me but to his own daughters. I would hate if my father spoke about me that way in his line of business, which also happens to be sales relating to cars. When everything was signed, Kevin did not directly say everything was done and all he did was abruptly turn his chair away from facing me and go back to his computer. Not a thank you, not a handshake and not a "have a nice evening." For a group working directly in relationships regarding to high value sales, I was floored at the lack of respect I received from this group I dealt with directly. Not to mention, the paperwork for my purchase was filled out incorrectly and communication was not relayed to made after I questioned it until I called back to get an update. (My car is blue, not green?) Sales is about relationships and maintaining those relationships to ensure future sales can be made or even referrals. I will not be recommending Toyota of Nashua to anyone, which I have in the past, as this was without a doubt one of the worst experiences, I've had dealing with men in any capacity related to my car. If you are a solo female looking to purchase/lease here or with the McGovern Auto Group, don't. (Shoutout to Devin, the customer phone rep I spoke to recently about my paperwork issue, as they were very helpful & understanding via the phone even staying a bit late to help me. The best part about this faff was my phone call with them.) More
