They did not get the odometer statement when we turned in our car so we had to take a trip to Lowell to sign that. They also did not take a copy of the registration at time we turned the car in, so we had to our car so we had to take a trip to Lowell to sign that. They also did not take a copy of the registration at time we turned the car in, so we had to make a trip to the dealer. OMG. Sales person was nice but they definitely need improvement, maybe a checklist?. Missing items from their point of view made our experience more difficult than it need to be, More

If I could leave zero stars I would. I tried working with Andrew Collins to purchase a truck that I saw advertised on the website. He was very unprofessional and pushy. And he made me feel very uncomfortable Andrew Collins to purchase a truck that I saw advertised on the website. He was very unprofessional and pushy. And he made me feel very uncomfortable. Even after I told him I had found a truck at another dealer and to please stop calling me he continued to call and text me. I eventually had to block the number! More

We had a great experience at Toyota of Nashua , Sadek was happy to go out of his way to make us happy and find our new car . We went to many dealers and still came back to get his service. happy to go out of his way to make us happy and find our new car . We went to many dealers and still came back to get his service. More
I made the biggest mistake of starting my car search by first stopping by Toyota of Nashua to check out a few certified pre-owned vehicles. The consequence of that was I was assisted with the highest echel first stopping by Toyota of Nashua to check out a few certified pre-owned vehicles. The consequence of that was I was assisted with the highest echelon of service and care offered by any dealership or lot in the area from the get-go. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and friendliness (in a COVID-19 friendly manner nonetheless). I was paired with a fantastic salesman, Ben, who I recommend everyone should speak with when stopping by. I came in with a plan to check out a few Prius models that I was interested in test driving. Ben took great care in allowing us to check out the cars and showed great integrity speaking about the details, features and history of the car. Unfortunately Ben, the manager of the dealership and I were not able to compromise on a price for the Prius. Their price was a great deal but based on the history of the car, which involved an accident, I was not comfortable paying the full sale price. They understood and warmly welcomed me back the next week where I had checked out a few Corolla Hatchbacks. Again, fantastic service and once the negotiations started we were able to compromise on a deal. While waiting to speak with the business manager to finalize the financing we had great conversations with Ben and moments in between business talk we were checked on by employees of all levels in the dealership. Finally the business manager Jason was extremely diligent in breaking down all the paperwork and finances, and was even able to compromise on the price of an extended warranty. I told him that my gratitude for everything meant that they had secured a customer for life, in servicing mine and my partner's cars but also for our future vehicle purchases. I intend to hold to that promise. I walked into the dealership day 1 expecting the stereotypical slimy toxic salesmen I had dealt with in the past and walked out feeling like I had just gained a new family. I give Toyota of Nashua 10 out of 5 stars and 4 thumbs up. More
AVOID. Avoid like a Covid patient is coughing on your neck. Went in to purchase a white and black 2021 4 Runner Venture model on January 5th. They didn’t have any in stock, but the salesman (Andrew) neck. Went in to purchase a white and black 2021 4 Runner Venture model on January 5th. They didn’t have any in stock, but the salesman (Andrew) assured me he could have one for me in a week, because “Nashua Toyota is the biggest dealer in the area”. I specifically told him I didn’t mind waiting a week or so, but that if it was going to be any longer than that I wasn’t interested. He promised me as he took the $500 deposit that I would have it within a week. The next day (1/6) I happened to message him asking if he had a grey one coming in. He said he did have one coming in this week. He ended up calling me, and during the conversation the delivery time on the white one went from 7-10 days to 6-8 weeks to “I don’t know”....all in the same conversation. He did assure me the grey one would be arriving within 7-10 days and that my name was on it. I specifically told him that if it wasn’t here by the end of the week of 1/15 I wanted a refund. He again assured me it was on the way. I messaged him the other day ((1/12) asking about the grey one and didn’t get a reply for about a day. He stated he was dealing with a sick child. Fair enough. Today (1/14) I get a text from him stating he was still dealing with the sick child and his sales manager was going to call me. Since I was in the area I figured I’d drop by to see what was going on. Andrew was there with customers but one of the sales guys made sure he saw me. He came over with every apology in the book, then went out back and called the sales manager, whose desk I was standing next to. I could tell they were talking about me so I turned to the sales manager (Rich?) and asked him point blank when they were getting the grey 4 Runner with my name on it. His reply? “Oh, we’re not.” Yup. They xxxxxx me around for almost 10 days. Amazingly I didn’t have to fight to get my deposit back. I have the texts and would be happy to share. Nashua Toyota is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The blatant lies and disrespect were uncalled for. Don’t believe a word out of their mouths. More
