I don't know why someone "Sells" a Toyota. You know why you want one. The salesman got a few things wrong while communicating with the finance dude, but overall the experience was relatively quick. Two issues: the truck I bought wasn't detailed very well. Lots of smudges, a few scratches; I expected at least a wash and hand dry or something to make it pretty. And then I asked the finance dude a couple of times what the cost of the 2 year, 24000 mile warranty was and he steadfastly refused to answer whilst redirecting my attention. Turns out the dude sold me a $4000+ warranty - NOT cool and now I'm locked in. Don't allow these guys to crap-talk you into things like this until you look at the entirety of the paperwork and find out what exactly they have you on the hook for. I'm sure I will NEVER need to use the warranty in two years, just because I wasted a ton of money on it and I thought it was a good idea however, if I had known what the upfront cost was, I would have NOT signed up for it. This is a shady practice and is sugar coated in smiles and handshakes. Don't let them use their sales tactics (finance department is out to make as much money as possible, just like the sales department, they aren't in it for YOUR benefit). Otherwise, clean, spacious, welcoming dealership with many years' of satisfied customers on the record, apparently. More
