I went to Toyota of Nashua after hours and Tom Gray was leaving the store. He saw me and my husband outside looking for a car and he didn’t hesitate to help us… he could leave, but he didn’t. So I told him leaving the store. He saw me and my husband outside looking for a car and he didn’t hesitate to help us… he could leave, but he didn’t. So I told him I was looking for a specific car Toyota didn’t have at the moment… we exchange phones and the next day he had the car I wanted. He was wonderful helping us since the beginning and made all the efforts to me leaving the building with my new car. He was very helpful, kind and professional. If wasn’t him I would end up buying my car in another dealer, but he did a great job finding the exactly car I wanted same color etc. I highly recommend Toyota and if you’re looking for a good seller you can pick Tom Gray, he is great. He deserves an extra star. More

Me and my family have been buying all our vehicles from Pedro Brum from the last 8 years. I wanted to trade my Tundra and went back to the Toyota dealer Pedro used to work for thinking he was still there. After working a deal with them I reach out to him to see if he could help me get a Ram instead since he is working for Jeep now. Unfortunately I didn’t like the Ram but Pedro still worked out the whole deal with his fellow co-worker Mutaz Mousa at Toyota of Nashua. They didn’t just get me $7000 more for my trade but they also lower my payment by $100 a month from what I was being quoted from the other Toyota dealer. I just want to thank Pedro for the continued great customer service and the McGovern Group. Me and my family have a new home for our future vehicles !!! More
Been to service 5 times and my brakes still vibrate. They won’t do anymore for me, I was told by corporate that it leaves the shop working fine. Problem is within 2-3 days the brakes are vibrating again and the front end shimmies. But they won’t help me, I believe they bandaid whatever the real problem is instead of fixing it because my truck is still under warranty! I have been driving over forty years and want to to trust my vehicle that I just bought in April. But I don’t trust them! More
They mark up the price of the trucks/cars by $10,000+ they do not think you are going to notice, yet you can pull KBB and Black book values while at dealership, We have purchased many vehicles from this they do not think you are going to notice, yet you can pull KBB and Black book values while at dealership, We have purchased many vehicles from this location and still no consideration. They still straight out lie to you and do not want to correct there figures or waste the time with the person making the purchase. They want to state they have XX amount of money into the car/truck when you can prove otherwise via the carfax and service records for the car/truck, Do not be tricked by there number tricks. DO YOUR RESEARCH THEN PURCHASE ELSEWHERE. More

I have been a customer since 2016, but I can't believe the service at this establishment has gone down the drain. Clearly none of the mechanics are doing their jobs. I'm now having car battery issues when the service at this establishment has gone down the drain. Clearly none of the mechanics are doing their jobs. I'm now having car battery issues when I literally went in for my daily maintenance on the last day of July. How can my multipoint inspection paper say I have my battery state of health me "ok"/green then have it literally die in September. Whoever did the service to my car needs to be retrained because this is unacceptable. *The fact that I can't even write a review without having to rate someone is ridiculous. I'm rating the establishment as a whole and not the person. More
*Found a vehicle online and sent an email to see if it was still available since I live about 1.5 hours away. Received a basic quote, used the Dealerships online trade in estimator and thought it was dece was still available since I live about 1.5 hours away. Received a basic quote, used the Dealerships online trade in estimator and thought it was decent. My vehicle's trade in received $17K+ on middle of the road estimate-very encouraging! I had received a similar estimate over the weekend. If I got at least that, I was hopeful the deal was going to work out. I reached out and asked if I could come up and I was told 'Absolutely' and 'They'd have it ready for me'. *On the way, I was notified the apt. was with Jason Gaines. We spoke relatively briefly prior to taking me to the vehicle. I asked if it had a single owner and he stated that he wasn't sure because he hadn't checked. I asked if there was a clean Carfax and he stated, condescendingly, "Well, if I haven't checked on how many owners, it's pretty safe to say I haven't checked the Carfax". Hmmm.... Well..... Not sure why he wasn't prepared for my appointment. But let's move on... *We go for a test ride. I ask him about the advertised 'Clearcoat' and what that was. He stated that it was a ceramic coat, lasts 6 years, etc. Very nice! We make it back to the dealership and he goes to run the numbers. Comes back with a "Nano fee" and explains that it's for the ceramic coat. I asked him why I would need to pay for the ceramic coat if it was already applied? Why wouldn't it be wrapped into the $35500. He stated that it wasn't done. I reiterated that I had asked while in the vehicle with him if the clearcoat was the ceramic coat and that he had said 'yes'. My next question was, "If it hasn't been done, then why would you advertise that it had been?" He didn't seem to have an answer for that. I then asked, "So if I don't want the charge, I don't need to do it?" To which he said, yes. Honestly, it made me feel like something fishy was going on. Did the vehicle have a ceramic coat and he was just going to charge me again? Or is there a difference between Clearcoat and Ceramic coat and he doesn't know about it? *First offer for trade came in at $11K. $11K????!!!!! I received a $16K offer a few days ago and the Dealerships Estimator came in at $17K+. That's a $6K+ difference. I told him I was a bit baffled and there was no way I was going to take that as a trade. He tried to convince me that the vehicle was $42K and they were giving me a $6500 discount. I stated that no he wasn't. The vehicle was priced at $35500 and a discount is made AFTER a person sees the sticker price. He said and I quote, "We have to advertise it as that to get people in the door". I said that it sounded a little like trickery. I knew that the price wasn't going to be lowered. I've looked enough and know enough people who have bought in this market to know that the price wasn't going to come down. I didn't walk in the door thinking it would. However, on the flip side, I didn't walk in the door and expect a Sales Rep to basically say that 'yeah well it could've been worse'. Bad sales tactic in my opinion. *He went back to the table with the powers that be for a new trade number and came back with $13K. Still $3K below what I was offered this weekend and $4K+ lower than their own online Estimator provided. I told him that if I knew they were going to come in so ridiculously low compared to both their own website and another dealership offer I NEVER would've driven all the way out there. *I stood up and said that it looked like we couldn't find a middle ground here and that if something else changed to let me know. He said that he could help me look for another vehicle if I wanted and I advised him that this was not a vehicle issue but a trade in issue. If he had been somewhere close to the Dealerships Estimator I most likely would've signed the dotted line. *He never asked to run my credit for competitive rates. Gave me generic rates that were 2% above what I knew I could get. Lazy work. Honestly, it's the reason why people hate dealing with and don't trust big dealerships. Very disappointing! More
Li was awesome to work with— he was friendly, helpful, and most importantly he wasn’t pushy. If you need a new car, check out Toyota of Nashua and ask for Li!
