Best car buying experience ever. My sales associate Tatiana was a true professional. I was paying cash for the car and communicated I only wanted to go to the dealer to sign the pape My sales associate Tatiana was a true professional. I was paying cash for the car and communicated I only wanted to go to the dealer to sign the papers and go, which is exactly what happened. She offered me coffee, and really made me feel at home. Her knowledge and expertise of vehicles is bar none. She had my car fully detailed, with a full tank of gas. There was a minor miscommunication about the oil change, but they reimbursed me, and offered me a free tank of gas and a free detail. Extremely good businesses. I will definitely be buying another car from Toyota of Manhattan, and highly recommended this dealer to anyone looking to buy a great car. I also recommend your sales associate be Tatiana. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Simply the best car buying experience ever. Once again thank you to Tatiana, Bianca, and everyone involved at the Toyota of Manhattan team. More
