If I could give this dealership negative zeros I would. From start to finish this sale was a disaster. I purchased my lease in October of 22. Its May 2023 still no title. They submitted it wrong to the DMV From start to finish this sale was a disaster. I purchased my lease in October of 22. Its May 2023 still no title. They submitted it wrong to the DMV and I recieved a title with no lien rendering that title useless. They submitted it again (feb 3rd) and I still havent recieved it. I call DMV they tell me they rejected the changes due to lack of payment (there is a title change fee) and contacted Toyota of Manhattan in March to tell them so. No one from the dealership let me know this happened (even though I have been asking for updates) and DMV still hasn't heard back from them. Kevin Primus is fast to call you when he wants your money but now Im being ignored when there is a problem due to the incompetence of his office. I will never use this dealer again, nor will I ever refer them to anyone. More
