have been coming here for over 20 years. The last visit was a disaster. They are in a new location. you have to drive up a slippery narrow ramp. It is a complete hazard. it has ceramic tiles the car slips and slides and you have to drive up 4 flights. This is an accident waiting to happen. i go to the service advisor Daniel and say I have a warrantee on my battery. he tells me that is impossible. i had to call,up Toyota corporate and I did have a warrantee on my battery. Then the tell me my front arm control needs replacing $1700. I got other quotes for $800. are they kidding? They say the job takes 5 hours. All the other shops said 3 hours plus if drive to any other Toyota outside the city the price will be much less i hate to write this review because Harold who works there is amazing, Because of the problems Toyota offers to pickup the car and look at it again. They take the car for diagnosis I go to pick it up and they give it back to me with my glove compartment detached and a piece on the floor.they don't even assemble it right. All my papers in the glove compartment are thrown all over the floor So if you want to get overcharged and have your in worse shape this is the place for you.. this place is a complete mess I would highly recommend passing on this experience More

On 07/30/2022 I cam to Toyota of Manhattan dealership. I wand advertised deal. After short and very intensive struggle a salesperson agreed to sell the car with exact advertised conditions. But there was catch there which I didn’t recognized. I was told that the car wasn’t there yet and would be there by the end of the week. That where I should have gotten suspicious, because they said that they didn’t even have a VIN number. I know now it’s impossible. No one call by the end of the week and when I did, I was told that the car wasn’t only there, but it wasn’t even shipped. Meanwhile they already collected a deposit from me on the amount $1030.00. Today on 08/08/2022 I called again and was told that no one had time to talk to me. More
