Felipe was incredibly helpful to me as I got my corolla lease. He was knowledgeable and patient with me. He answered all of my questions in a straightforward manner. I would definitely feel comfortable coming back to Lancaster Toyota to talk to Felipe if I need any help with my new corolla. The only issue I had with Toyota is when you sit down with Finance, the final price of the car is $1,000 higher than the sticker price on the window. The cillajet and etch protection get added later to the price of the car. I think if those two protections are already included in the car, and the buyer can't take those things off, Toyota should really list the price of the car including those two things. I felt a little mislead by that when I saw the final price of the car go up by $1,000. Unless there is a way for the buyer to not have to have those two items included in the price, Toyota should really include the cillajet and etch protection in the sticker price of the vehicle. More
