Our daughter bought her first"(used) car here just a month ago. Shortly after getting the car home it became apparent there was a major issue with the car. Knowing that the car she bought had just been traded in the day prior to purchase there was no way for the dealership to know the problems with the car. After bringing the issues to the attention of our salesman, the used car manager graciously agreed to give our daughter a trade-in equal to the purchase price of her original purchase. This allowed my daughter to get the car she wanted. Now she is the proud owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla and LOVES IT!!! Thank you Herrin-Gear Toyota for being a stand-up dealership!!!! Herron Gear was our first and last stop. Josh, the salesman, showed us at least 5 highlanders with our desired features. After driving the highlander, we felt no need to look at any other make or model vehicle. In less than 30 minutes, josh was able to locate a highlander that met all our specifics!
