I have had my tundra in their service department three times for replacement of an airbag recall. It is January 31,2024 and it was October of 2023 when I started dealing with them. I can only conclude that they have not been truthful with me at this point. One of the visits had my truck sit idle with them over a week. They say we have the part , bring it in and then they say we have to order the part. I can not seem to get them to fulfill their self expressed claims. Worst service department that I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of driving Toyotas.
Tamara sales person. I purchased my 2020 4 Runner SR5 and she was very helpful. Superb customer service 5/2020. Also, Mgr who assisted Tamara very helpful.. 5 star satisfaction at time of sale 5/2020
Thomas Weissinger was very helpful. He took me around the entire lot and showed me every car that was in my price range. Wen I finally found the perfect car, he let me test drive it. The next day I came back and made the purchase. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service that Thomas provided.
Jeffery made our car buying experience a breeze. All the dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past can’t compare to this dealership. The service was the best I’ve ever seen. We were there for 3 hours start to finish. Again couldn’t be more happier with our purchase and the service of Mr Jeffery!!! Thanks
Terrible service. They wont even sign off on the check. They want the whole check for the work they wont do. They too high price
