Toyota of Jackson

I have had my tundra in their service department three times for replacement of an airbag recall. It is January 31,2024 and it was October of 2023 when I started dealing with them. I can only conclude that they have not been truthful with me at this point. One of the visits had my truck sit idle with them over a week. They say we have the part , bring it in and then they say we have to order the part. I can not seem to get them to fulfill their self expressed claims. Worst service department that I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of driving Toyotas. More
