Bad faith dealer Think twice before buying from Toyota of Huntington Beach, I recentlybought a used 2017 Lexus CT200h and traded in an Audi A8. I gave them both remote Think twice before buying from Toyota of Huntington Beach, I recentlybought a used 2017 Lexus CT200h and traded in an Audi A8. I gave them both remote keys when I sold them my car but when they delivered my car they gave me only one key. They flat refused to provide a second key, went back next day to talk to sales manager still they couldn’t care less about customers one the sale is made. I now have to spend $330 for a second key, and have to deal with knowing someone out there has a key to my car. Lesson learned shop elsewhere. They also tried to bury the $3,000 they wanted to charge for a warranty by hiding it in the car payment without disclosing cost. I’m found it in final contract so I got the warranty removed. It shows the culture of the place, make money at any cost. More
