A good honest person and very helpful. I do apologize for taking a while for responding to you. I had moved at the end of November and things are just starting to settle. So thank you once again for your services. The only thing I have a cpmplaint on was that when my daughter took the car to Hamer Toyota in mission hills for the 1st oil change , they eanted to charge her $90.00. The girl there had told her that the dealerships were not to be telling people that there is free 2years services. I would like to know if this is true or not.The girl that helped her talked to the manager and they went ahead and did the oil change at no charge-this time only. Can you please explain to me how this is suppose to work if certain dealerships dont want to keep there commitment on this. Thank you for your time. Gina Nelson More

Ben was very friendly, and helpful. He picked me up from Carmax to bring me to the Toyota dealership, and has made follow-up calls to ensure that I like the car. I had 8 dealers bid on the specific model and options I wanted, so THEY set the price. Aaron was the best bid (well, one was $50 lower, but another 15 miles away in L.A. traffic). Picking up the car was smooth. Both Aaron and Finance Officer Jeff Szabatura were terrific guys. Regular guys. They were helpful and pleasant ~ the antithesis of the stereotypical hard-sell huckster. Aaron coached wisely on which road to take with Toyota's unbeatable financing ~ .9% for 4 years (that's not 9 percent, that's 9/10ths of a percent!) Although my credit score showed that it would not be a problem getting the loan, I was still concerned about taking possession of the car before it was totally final, which takes a day or so. Jeff called over the weekend ~ on Sunday, no less ~ to tell us that indeed it WAS final. Very considerate. These guys rock! More

Purchasing and even researching cars is never an easy task, even for someone who's been through the process a few times before. I know it's hard to believe, especially since I'm writing about a car dealership. As everyone knows, it's more about the people that makes the company and both Chris Baldonado and Aaron Mushin lived up and exceeded my expectations. In fact, it was the fastest car experience ever- test drive, negotiating, financing all within 2 hrs. Incredible! Best of all it was hassle free. Take this for what it's worth, but I can say for certain that Chris and Aaron made my experience with Toyota of Hollywood worthwhile. I highly recommend this dynamic duo! More
I spoke to William Rivera before coming in. He quoted me a price for a car (Toyota Camry) that was satisfactory. That made a very pleasant experience and I would call him again before looking elsewhere. From my standpoint, it is very unpleasant to go into a dealership and start haggling price; it is so pleasant when you can make a deal over the phone and everyone sticks by their word. Evan was great to work with. Very friendly, honest, and knowledgable. Even with enhancements, after market, I feel I made the wrong decision and was told by sales manager to "wait". I called 1-2 days after purchase. I feel compromise was my option offered, regret decision. Tried calling immediately and was told to wait a year. Why does that help.
