I was moving from CT to CA and after putting in quote requests online, I spoke with Wally Goodrick. He was soo friendly, understanding and had great communication skills. He was not pushy. I was apprehensive at first at the idea of doing transactions long distance at first. However his communication skills were outstanding. We texted, emailed and chatted intermittently. When I got to Ca, Wally picked me up from the airport and helped me personally lug my luggage to my apt before taking me to the dealership to pick up by brand new car. It was a FANTASTIC experience and Wally was a not only an outstanding salesman but he's just a really nice guy as well. More

Today was my first service visit and I was running late for my appt.. The receptionist was helpful in changing my appt. for a later time.
