My car is 11 years old this month.. There is no doubt that this dealership is expensive but their work, overall, is excellent. Carlos Pelayo was my go to service person and I have been treated very well by him the last three times I have gone. This car needed extensive repair. I probably could have gone elsewhere for a less pricey deal, but they are so pleasant and accommodating (a loaner) that it is worth the extra dollars knowing that my records are there and that we can refer to them in an instant. I like tht they are genuine Toyota parts and you know what you are getting.. because Carlos answers all your questions nicely. My car is a ScionXB PURCHASED on their showroom floor 11 years ago March 8th. More

Service department is easy to work with. I worked with Carlos pelayo to get my Toyota RAV4 emissions and engine issue solved. It was still under warranty. very sad driver I bought a Scion xB 2013 with 14000 miles on it. Before I even made my first payment I found out the front drive side brake was down to 3% and the pas I bought a Scion xB 2013 with 14000 miles on it. Before I even made my first payment I found out the front drive side brake was down to 3% and the passenger side was at 7%. I had to fight with them to fix the 3% brake pad. Today I took my car to my mechanic to fix the other side which was at 7% pads. He look at the driver side which the dealership said they fixed, they had not. They lied to me and they wanted $280 for that one brake. They are a very unethical dealership. Stay away from them. Sad driver Lisa :( More
