When I noticed a few days after the service that the driver's side windshield wiper needed changing & fluids needed topping off, she did not hesitate to have me come back in to have the mechanics complete their work (these were items that she wouldn't have noticed & were the responsibility of the person(s) working on my car). She has a friendly, professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend that my friends & family contact her if they need their car serviced. This is so valuable. He knows that preventive maintenance on my car is very important to me. I want to correct potential problems before they happen! When I saw Toyota of Hollywood had a silver one I contacted them to see if was available. I spoke to Ider Gongor who explained the vehicle was on it's way to the US, and if I reserved it, they would give me a break on the price. Given this was a rare vehicle, and most other dealers I spoke to wanted no less than MSRP, I put a deposit down on it. Ider kept me informed on its transit, and once it arrived, made the purchase process quick and easy. The next time I need a Toyota, Ider is the first person I'll call. More

I had let myself be sold into a very basic Corolla lease that didn't really fit my needs, and when I tried to go back into the other dealership to talk about ending the lease and getting into a different car the other toyota dealership wasn't very helpful at all. Ali not only worked with us to find the cheapest way to end the lease early, but got us a great deal for another trade in (me and my boyfriend wanted to consolidate cars) and an unheard of price for our Rav4 Hybrid. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had and I can't recommend Ali and the rest of Hollywood Toyota enough! More
