bad communication between SA and crew. Isah is great,but the crew stands around and talk to much. I'm in for a oil change at 7:15, my truck is then pulled out of service bay at 10:30,just Isah is great,but the crew stands around and talk to much. I'm in for a oil change at 7:15, my truck is then pulled out of service bay at 10:30,just to be parked in the back for another 45 minutes. and then when my truck is pulled up to me,I must then request a vehicle wash. We were overcharged on our agreed upon price with a $9. 06 “miscellaneous charge”. Very unhappy about this. With today’s economy I don’t appreciate surprises. Please explain the miscellaneous charge? I usually get great service at toyota of hollywood, Fl, however September 5 was not good. I waited 5 and a half hours without anyone giving me updates on my car. I was also told they had ran out of rentals however September 5 was not good. I waited 5 and a half hours without anyone giving me updates on my car. I was also told they had ran out of rentals. Waisted more than half a day. If my advisor had communicated better with me I might have organized my day better. More
