bad communication between SA and crew. Isah is great,but the crew stands around and talk to much. I'm in for a oil change at 7:15, my truck is then pulled out of service bay at 10:30,just Isah is great,but the crew stands around and talk to much. I usually get great service at toyota of hollywood, Fl, however September 5 was not good. I waited 5 and a half hours without anyone giving me updates on my car.
