I brought my 2010 RAV4 in for service under warranty on or about June, 2010 shortly after my purchase, the left side of the front bumper had separated a noticeable amount from the left fender, the repair w or about June, 2010 shortly after my purchase, the left side of the front bumper had separated a noticeable amount from the left fender, the repair was performed by using a type of glue to joint both parts together, the lite colored glue could be seen inside the gap, in a vehicle that is dark green metallic. It took 3 days to perform such poor job in a car that was brand new. I contacted the service manager whose name I can not remember, he promised to get back to me with a resolution to the problem, but he never did. I had to bring the vehicle to another dealership to correct the problem. That lack of regard for a customer concern can not be rewarded with a repeat customer. Toyota of Hollywood is NOT the only dealership in town!!! More

I have been doing business with Toyota of Hollywood for 12 years. After buying my Toyotas from them, I have used them exclusively for service. The service I receive has made me a loyal customer. The service reps are always very friendly and even give me a car wash. I leave with my car in great shape and lookin' good, too! I would not go any other place for service! More

No matter what my questions are he takes them seriously, understands what I want to know, is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I bought my Corolla over 3 years ago and have been servicing my vehicle with them since that time. Each time I visit I'm treated as a valued customer and told my estimated wait time. There was this on servicing my vehicle with them since that time. Each time I visit I'm treated as a valued customer and told my estimated wait time. There was this one time when my wait would be more than 3 hours and their courtesy vehicle drove me home and returned when the job was completed. If there are things needed outside of the normal service I'm told my options and I don't feel pressured to buy anything. I'm escorted to the cashier and dealt with professionally. I enjoy going there and would recommend them for servicing. More
The reason that I have given hour facility this ratinge is because even through everyone is nice sometimes the quality of the work is questionable. For the high prices your facility charges you should be providing excellent repair or maintanance work. More

Never had a problem with him whatever I need done to make car he makes sure is done correctly and maintaines my car in perfect condition. I bring my car there knowing that I will be safe on the road. My husband and I are thinking of getting a new car but I hesitate buying a different brand then toyota because I don't know if I would like their service. I am very confortable the way toyota of hollywood runs their maintenance service. I always know that I can count on getting a ride to work and back home. In the 8 years that I've owned my car, I have never once experienced poor customer service or have had to take my car back because a job wasn't done right the first time. Without a doubt, every new Toyota I buy will be from Toyota of Hollywood. The sales team is nice, but the truth is, once the car is yours, their part is done. Service and maintenance is the constant for a car, and the excellent service and maintenance of Dan Metts and his team at Toyota of Hollywood's Service Dept is the reason I won't take my car to any other dealer for service and wouldn't think of buying a Toyota from any other dealer.
