I went in for the standard 6 mo.check. The receipt stated that the tires were rotated. I had a distinctive valve cap on the right rear tire. After the service that cap was on the right rear tire. My Toyota echo went for service and came out worst than it went in. It was kept overnight... when picked it up after service....and driving it home ..it start to vibrate and loud sound coming from the car it went in. It was kept overnight... when picked it up after service....and driving it home ..it start to vibrate and loud sound coming from the car...Drew the Rep. told me that's because my vehicle is old and the new tires they put on amplified the sound of bad shocks... bear in mind it was not making any sounds with the old tire...he was adamant that mechanic didn't drive my car to test it and he just drove it around the compound after I brought it back. He the mechanic didn't identify the noise coming from the car and they just fixed what I asked and what they recommended. They wanted to charge me for their negligence to replace my back shocks and I refused and drove my vehicle home at 20 miles an hour. This after I spent almost $1400.00 for repairs. and keeping my for 24hours you would think they would have called me and let know that something else was wrong with the car. I am no mechanic that's fishy to me... because it hear and felt the car the moment I drove off they should too .... Customer safety should be important to them and Toyota.... very very very poor. More
