I absoultely love the Toyota of Hollywood Service Department. Dann Metts and team always treat me with courtesy and respect and are fast and dependable. In the 8 years that I've owned my car, I have never once experienced poor customer service or have had to take my car back because a job wasn't done right the first time. Without a doubt, every new Toyota I buy will be from Toyota of Hollywood. The sales team is nice, but the truth is, once the car is yours, their part is done. Service and maintenance is the constant for a car, and the excellent service and maintenance of Dan Metts and his team at Toyota of Hollywood's Service Dept is the reason I won't take my car to any other dealer for service and wouldn't think of buying a Toyota from any other dealer. I was so nervous that I was going to be late for work, but I spoke with Bill and he fixed my car right away. Even though he said it was the fastest he's ever replaced a starter, he did a great job!
