I left my car for service I asked for a call when car was ready. I never got a call. Finally around 3:30pm I had to call and was told it had been ready for a while. When I went to pick the car it took over 3 ready. I never got a call. Finally around 3:30pm I had to call and was told it had been ready for a while. When I went to pick the car it took over 30 minutes for my vehicle to be brought to me. I had to ask why it was taking so long and then I was told because my key had been misplaced. I usually have a great experience but this time I was not like the rest. I was very frustrated due to so much unnecessary waste of my time. And the fact that I was not called when my vehicle was ready like I asked. And then an extra 30+ minute wait to have my vehicle returned. Hopefully next visit will be better. More

My experience was terrible. I ordered some parts and, when I came for my appointment, only after I showed up at 7am did Dan Metts tell me that they were on back order. That was not his fault, but thoroughness could have caught that before time being wasted. 3 weeks later, the parts came in, but he calls me to ask if I am aware of the tires that would also be required to fix it correctly. I replied he made no mention of that this whole time. Had he mentioned that, it would have been a factor in my decision making. Again, lack of thoroughness. He stated it was on the paper. Not denying that, however it was his job to explain that to me. I decided to get my refund. He said he would leave the signature page that was needed at the cashier. When I showed up the next day, Valentina (Cuevas is her last name I believe) ruffled through about 15 pages of paperwork and said my paperwork was not there. She put very little work into helping me and urged the reconciliation to Brian Singletery because he is the manager. I suspected that she did the bare minimum and it was confirmed when, the next day, Dan reprinted the work and walked me back(he seemed frustrated at their lack of execution as well) and pointed to an in view filing organizer that he said he put the paperwork in the first time(not even three feet behind them). The original paperwork was there so now I had two sets of paperwork, but the work was still not done. A little effort by Valentina would have made a difference. She no critical thinking skills. Please do not respond back to this with a sorry and a phone number asking for me to call you back as that is not the way to handle it. As a manager, I presume, you have all the resources to find my number and follow up the correct way. I have no interest in calling, being placed on hold, or figuring out the vagaries that are your system’s extensions only to be sent to someone’s voicemail after being on the phone for 20 minutes. I will move on, instead in hopes that Lipton, Pembroke Pines, or North Miami Toyota is better equipped to assist their customers. More
