Very odd dealership. Got bounced between 3 sales reps from start to finish. They deal in high volume and I guess are used to not having to answer specific questions about Got bounced between 3 sales reps from start to finish. Normally mistakes happen but they didn’t notify me that I left it. It wasn’t until I needed it that I realized I didn’t have it. When I filled out my info online about a car I received 2-3 calls emails and text message per day but when they had my DL nobody had my info I guess. When I went to pick it up from the front desk. I kid you not she had a stack of them at least 20 if not more. Seems to me they do this to keep you from test driving elsewhere. Also 0 apology about not returning it to me. They also changed the price 3 times on me. More
