Accommodating and considerate Saleswoman, Service team Melissa Louissaint at Toyota of Hackensack was extremely helpful and also responded to my texts in a prompt and accurate fashion. She was also very considerate when I needed to return a rental car to the Hertz down the road from the Toyota dealership the same day I picked up my new car. She escorted me to Hertz to help transfer booster seats and other items from the rental car to put into my new car. She was also a great liaison between the dealership's bank and finance managers and myself. I will definitely recommend her to family members and friends. I will contact her if I have the need to trade in my car or purchase another vehicle in the future. Other staff members at this dealership were gracious. If it ever appeared I was waiting for someone, another employee never failed to ask me if I was being helped. The Service staff members are always very helpful and thoroughly researched an issue I had with the rear power lift gate. More

Possible Bait and Switch They advertised a ''17 Camry with 4,000 miles for a very fair price (too good to be true deal). Called and spoke to 'Eddy'' before visiting and was as They advertised a ''17 Camry with 4,000 miles for a very fair price (too good to be true deal). Called and spoke to 'Eddy'' before visiting and was assured that the vehicle was still in stock and available. About an hour later I visited the dealership and ultimately was advised by a sales rep 'that the car had been sold and was not available, but would 'I like to see some other used cars' ?. I gave them the obvious 'NO' answer and couldn't leave the dealership quickly enough. . A later 'clarification' being that they had a deposit on the vehicle,It's amazing how quickly used cars get sold these days ! Can I prove that this was a classic bait and switch ploy, NO I can't. Am I suspicious? Absolutely YES! The vehicle still appears on their web site as available for purchase!!! I'm seriously considering contacting the NJ Consumers Affairs to investigate. More
