We looked at a number of vehicles, and Miriam was truly key in helping us to thoroughly understand the functionality of each one. When we narrowed our selection down to two, Miriam pulled the carfax reports for both and helped us to interpret their individual service records. Hugely helpful and honest! We officially had two winners to choose from. I attribute this to Miriam’s total investment in her clients and the excellent and well-kept used inventory at Toyota of Hackensack. Let me be clear that the personal attention and quality of used inventory at other well-known dealerships in the area in which we visited were not nearly as good.
