I have purchased a 2019 Highlander Hybrid and a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid from Toyota of Hackensack. The price of the Toyota of Hackensack was much more transparent than Parkway Toyota, and service was also superior to Parkway Toyota. My sales rep. was Miriam Shanken. Snake oil Salesman Wanted to see a vehicle that they were advertising on-line. Seeing how I was Traveling a big distance, I called that afternoon to make sure that the v Wanted to see a vehicle that they were advertising on-line. Seeing how I was Traveling a big distance, I called that afternoon to make sure that the vehicle was at the dealership. After asking numerous times to make sure that the vehicle was there so I don’t have to travel a great distance for nothing, I was repeatedly told that the vehicle was at the dealership. I showed up later that day just to be told that one of their employees took the vehicle home with him that morning (mind you that I called in the afternoon) because of the pending storm that was coming. The Salesperson Nixon, and the manager Sam were the two individual people that I spoke with. It for this reason and other reasons,(to much to go into and quite frankly wasted enough time on this place) I would say that this place is totally unprofessional and not reliable. You know that old saying “Snake oil salesman” well that give it a whole new meaning. Beware of the TLP 3YR/2500 Benefit insurance they tack on to your bill for $389.00. Should have read some of the other reviews. Buyer beware. More
