We sent emails on January 26 and February 1 detailing the recall and directing you to our blog www.ricetoyota.blogspot.com where we update all of our customers as soon as we get any word from Toyota Motor Sales about recalls and fixes. Please email me at mary@ricetoyota.com with your first and last name and email address and I will check out records to make sure that the email address we have on file for you is correct. Again, I apologize that you did not receive our emails, perhaps because of the massive size of our email list your email provider send the messages to your Spam box instead of your Inbox?
