When I arrived they promptly let me take a test drive where Randy showed all the latest features of the new Tundra. I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t commit to purchase at that moment. Neither Randy nor Neil pressured me. The next morning I called and told them I was heading to the dealership and they went ahead and got the truck detailed for me so I wouldn’t have to wait. Once I arrived Ian quickly & professionally handled all the paperwork. They didnt even hassle me over the price but accepted my offer. It was very quick (I’ve seen buying a car take all day), all stages of the process flowed smoothly and everyone involved was competent, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! More
