I currently have two other Toyota cars and decided it was time to step up to a larger vehicle. I was at the dealership to have my most recent car serviced and decided it was time to look at the RAV4 s. Ian grey was there a little early and he was most helpful as he came up when we were out looking at the cars. we told him what we needed and he was so helpful in finding a RAV4 that fit our needs. We worked with Ian for a couple hours and he explained everything about the RAV4. Then of course it goes to the next person after getting our best deal, we decided to go home as we had already been there for 4 hours having the car serviced. We thought about the deal and decided that it was something we could not pass up so we went back to Rice Toyota and finished the process of purchasing the car. Ian our sales person explained everything about the car before we drove it off the lot. The last one I purchased no one bothered to explain anything. It was wonderful to work with someone so positive and who clearly enjoys his job. The finance manager that we worked with, please forgive me, I can't remember his name, was equally pleasant to work with. He explained every option and went over each aspect in great detail, but without causing any confusion.
