Very efficient service department Bruce was the head of service and Cory was the service tech. Had a rattle in the dash that was very hard to identify. It did not apply to my year(2011) He decided to try the service bulletin fix and it corrected the problem He probably worked on my truck 6 hours trying to find the rattle.
