I've had at least two bad experiences here. The first time, well, after factory oil change promotion ends they sell you the oil change for around 300 dollars for two years. And I noticed that t The first time, well, after factory oil change promotion ends they sell you the oil change for around 300 dollars for two years. And I noticed that the oil light would go off sooner after they sold me the extension. The light never went off before the 10K miles recommended by the factory. The dealer has the ability to change that setting and make make the light go off at 6K miles, prompting an oil change. The second time was when I schedule my oil change at 3pm. I learned that you don't want to schedule anything that late. All employees seemed to be in a rush, just trying to get every customer out. No smiles, no courtesies, heck they even forgot to change the sticker that tells you the next oil change on the windshield. If they didn't change that I wonder if they even change the engine oil. Now I am certain that they did NOT top off any other fluids, I even took pictures and sent them to the dealer, they just said sorry. The other thing they didn't provide and I think it's very important, is the multipoint inspection. The guys who deliver the vehicle was just making up stuff and typing in the notes cause it was almost time to close. I mean why even offer appointments at 3 pm if they are going to be providing such a horrible service. Anyway, it's too bad I paid for the service extension and too bad it's the closest dealer in DTLA. Definitely not recommending it to friend and family. More

Awesome service! Although it was going to be a wait time they offered to Uber me home and I thought that was amazing. The time went by so fast!
