This is the worst experience my whole family had after buying six car from them. we bought a 2013 fr-s sport car with them. Are engine brock down at 49000 miles we broght it to fix and services department was the worst they blame us for the cause with out prove..we contacted the manufacturer and they also left us on the street with out a car..this process took to months fighting back and forward..they made me sing a document that i authorize the fix and if i dont they will not help me solved the situation. And in that document said that i was responsible of paying 2500 for the tear down if i was blame for it...so i didn't had no other option then sign the document. I called my extended warranty and they also said the same thing...i was speechless...after me signing, they call me next day services agent ruben blaming me for break down of my car he said that there was no oil on the car and it was over headed..i told him that there was no signs of oil light or anything but they refuse to accept..to make it short they never fix my car with extended warranty they made me paid service department 1500 for the tear down if not they threatened to put my car in lean at the bmv with out reason or prove of what cause the break down...i had to tow my car paid the tow truck to get my car out and then had to pick up my engine in pieces in my truck no one wanted to help me put the engine in my truck so disappointed...even the mechanic that was fixing my car gave me the worst services was loud and so disrespectful told me that he didn't need to help me put my engine on my truck that he doesn't get paid for that i couldnt believe it..!!!!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE THINK TWICE OF BUYING A CAR FROM TOYOTA THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THERE SERVICE IS THE WORST..PLEASE BELIEVE US GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER WITH BETTER RATES...I STILL CANT BELIVE HOW THIS DEALER MADE US GO THROW...TOYOTA NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THERE CUSTOMERS WHO MAKES THERE MONEY AND PAYS FOR ALL THERE STAFFING...WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE NO MORE..THEY LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER..I WISH THE TOYOTA OWNER AND TOYOTA NATIONAL WOULD GIVE US AN APOLOGY...!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys don't like to work. I went here to fix my rattling dash issue. Also came in here to get my recirculation vent fixed because it was broken. My friend even told me they will blame the subwoofer installation as the reason to its malfunction. It turns out he was right. He was the one who installed the power wire through the firewall and to break the arm for the recirculation vent is pretty hard to get to with an elbow. Talk about stupid lazy xxxxx. More

It is a completely standard service that took a total of 3 h INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE !!! Had my AC/Power steering belt and front brake pads replaced. It is a completely standard service that took a total of 3 hours, while it should have taken 1 hour at most. After I got my car back, I heard a strange noise coming from the front, so I went back to the dealership and asked them to check it again. They explained to me there was no problem and I they couldn't hear or see anything, ignoring my requests. Over the next two days the noise became louder and louder, when finally I discovered the lug nut was completely unscrewed. I called the dealership again and they seemed not to care, they talked to me in a condescending tone and send me away after tightening the single lug nut and acting like it wasn't a big deal. I spend a high amount of money on their service and didn't expect them to take it so irresponsibly especially since the front wheel could have separated at HWY speeds and much worse things could have happened. More
I was out of town and ended up in a toyota dealer located in downtown Los Angeles, big mistake. It was a rainy day and I needed to fix my brakes, until that day I had always trusted Toyota dealers. Always to in downtown Los Angeles, big mistake. It was a rainy day and I needed to fix my brakes, until that day I had always trusted Toyota dealers. Always took my car in to get quality service until this day. I walked in they were friendly, they were going to check my truck, spoke to them over the phone agreed they were going to fix my brakes for $150 we agreed big mistake always get it in writting. Next day went to pick up my Tundra, when I got my bill it was almost $300. I almost had a heart attack $300 for front brakes it is ridiculous. I argued with marco and told him that, what type of business they were running, I am very disappointed after so many years of using Toyota dealer. What upsets me is that he should of told me the truth of the cost of the brakes since the beginning. I wouldnt of minded, what bothers me is the fact that he lied. I ended up paying $200, which was alright I guess but I am very disappointed with Toyota dealer. Especially right now that the car industries are doing so bad. I was thinking of buying a toyota sienna for my wife for christmas, but not anymore. I think im turning to Nissan. More
