Excellent Customer Service Mike is very friendly and attentive. He helped me two times. First time, I came to DTLA Toyota. Mike made sure my car is taken care of from a battery Mike is very friendly and attentive. He helped me two times. First time, I came to DTLA Toyota. Mike made sure my car is taken care of from a battery that was replace in my car maintenance in Cerritos Toyota that was not working properly. Mike helped my battery to get replaced with a new one. Second time, I just got my car maintenance of 30,000 miles and it was very convenient because I drop off my car at 6:15 a.m. and got to work on time. Went to pick up my car on my lunch break. Lift services was facilitated. Mike took care of my needs in times where other dealerships do not accept car maintenance without an appointment. Thank you so much Mike. More

Originally from the Mid-West, I value when businesses value not only the quality of their work, but the quality of the interaction with their customers. I was surprised to find this in Downtown LA of all places-- but now there is no where else I'd rather take my Prius to get serviced. My interactions with Michael Briseno have been most delightful and he has always done a wonderful job of making sure my Prius up to speed in all that in needs to be, and he keeps me up to speed during the process. Thanks Mike and Toyota of Downtown LA for all that you do! See you in another 5,000 miles! More

Wonderful Service Advisor I brought my Certified pre-owned Toyota Camry 2016 in for maintenance on Friday. Lauren assisted me with any questions I had. She made sure to double- I brought my Certified pre-owned Toyota Camry 2016 in for maintenance on Friday. Lauren assisted me with any questions I had. She made sure to double-check with other staff to make sure I received honest answers to my questions. I recommend her because she is patient, diligent and a sincere personality. WARRANTY IS A SCAM! Went to Toyota of downtown to use my warranty for my tire on Monday, February 11th, 2019. They told me that the warranty would cover the rim and tire. Despite the fact that I had purchased my tire at a different location and asked me to come in on Wedneday 6:30 am 2/13/19. So I did, after waiting for 3 hours they finally came up to me to say that the tire has not been delivered and that I would have to come back a different day. I explained that it was unsafe to drive in a spare tire in the rain and they suggested for me to get a rental. They wanted to charge me full price for the rental and got them to split the price leaving me to pay $15.00. Once I was at work I got a phone call saying that I would be charged $375 dollars because my warranty wouldn't cover my sensor. I feel that this completely unfair. Nothing was said on Monday when I went in. Infact, I was told that the warranty would cover the entire price and they slowly started adding more and more to my bill. If you buy a car from them make sure you get your money worth More

Took gross advantage of me financially I came to the dealership, which is close to my university, after my 2002 Toyota Hylander started making an odd noise. I thought I just needed an oil c I came to the dealership, which is close to my university, after my 2002 Toyota Hylander started making an odd noise. I thought I just needed an oil change so I took it to the dealership where they then told me they would charge me $125 to check the car. I figured that was fine, as the cost would go towards the repairs. John (I do not know his last name) at the dealership was very friendly, but his price assessment was ridiculous. He told me that my muffler had IRREPARABLE damage that would cost $2,500! Since the car is so old, I certainly did not want to pay that hefty price because there are likely to be more costs with the car later down the line. So, I got a second opinion at Rod's Auto Tech and they told me that the car could in fact be REPAIRED for just $220. That is 10% of the price. I will never, ever go back to the dealership and am appalled by their service. More

You Are Like Family When You Come Here!!! It was one early weekday morning as I made my journey to Toyota Central of Downtown L.A.. I had scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced the we It was one early weekday morning as I made my journey to Toyota Central of Downtown L.A.. I had scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced the week prior and was feeling a bit anxious about getting to work on time since there was heavy traffic on my way there. Once I got there, I pulled up into the service lane and turned off the ignition. The wait had not been more than one minute when I was greeted by about 3 friendly Toyota associates as they walked towards me and each of them respectively shook my hand. A few moments had passed by when incomparable Luz also came and stopped by to say, "Hi" with her warm and sincere smile. Soon after, Michael Briseño came by and it was nice to know that he had remembered my name, just as Luz did. I briefly explained to him the reason I came to Toyota and he was very patient as he listened to what my concerns were with my car. As I said, "bye" to Luz, I went with Michael to his desk. As I sat down, his desk mysteriously started to slowly rise up. I had thought he wanted to have that "Low Rider" feel as he was typing in my information on his computer. He was very articulate as he explained the car issue with me in a very through manner without getting too technical. He went on to say that he would provide me with a status update later on that morning. As I was getting ready to leave, he asked me if I needed an Uber and I replied, "yes". Within 10 minutes I was on my way to work and not only that, but I would get there just in time. This whole experience from the moment I arrived at Toyota of Downtown L.A. to my Uber ride to work was 100% phenomenally great. Everyone there (like Daniel, Ricardo, John Castro, and Lenin) are exceptionally friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and even paying for the car service wasn't even painful, thanks to Jessica.
