There is a girl named Maria Arroyo we talked about what I wanted to do in maintenance to my car and she offer me an extra service value in $517 well I said no from the beginning and that was because I didn’t wanted to do in maintenance to my car and she offer me an extra service value in $517 well I said no from the beginning and that was because I didn’t have that amount in my pocket. Once I got back to pick up my car they were charging me those $517 and I said why ... ? I went back to to talked to Maria Arroyo and she answer with her attitude “you gotta pay because you sign already “ in that moment I felt so bad because literally I blind signed that paper. Obviously she knew what she did. She took advantage and I swear that is not the first time she do that to a customer I requested a copy of that paper and I went to talked with other person and he helped me a lot. Thanks to him and God bless him so much. PLEASE whoever is reading this pay attention and be careful. Maria Arroyo doesn’t deserve to be working with customer service. I’m disappointed with this dealership because it took too many days to fix my car and now has two problems that it didn’t have before. I took it back and I was told that they couldn’t find them .
