I am a new owner of a Toyota Corolla and went in for my first service. Jackie Hercules was so helpful, kind and great service, very professional. I’m not happy with the attention or service provided for me at Toyota downtown because the person that attended me was not professional. I took my car to device at 5:54am and told me my car would be ready i me at Toyota downtown because the person that attended me was not professional. I took my car to device at 5:54am and told me my car would be ready in 1 hour and a half and I told him that I will wait for my car. After 2 hours of waiting for my car, I asked if my car was ready, he said that he was going to check my car and 20 minutes later I still haven’t gotten any information about my car. When I I asked him again he was very rude and I asked for the Manager to talk with him he just replied to me that he did not the name. Finally, after I was able to spoke with the Manager my received my car after 2 hours and fifty minutes. When I received the car I didn’t get the report of the service and I was told to wait again without an explanation and 10 minutes later I received the paperwork. I understand it might longer time but they need to comunícate better about the timing so I can plan my time better. Thanks Daniel Perez More
