Gary ought to be commended for his attention to detail. The way he speaks to his clients is outstanding. Never condescending, professional, but oh so friendly. However, when I picked up my car on Saturday the 10th around 3.30 I stood waiting at the podium set up at the entrance. It was unattended. There was a guy squatting against a pillar 10 feet away who said nothing. I waited for about 5 minutes and went inside. When I came out again the same guy I saw who said nothing was now working at the podium. I approached and he just stood there saying nothing. Finally I asked if I was in the right place to pick up my car. Didn’t say anything but “ go to the cashier” and turned away. Great customer service after dropping 1 k at your dealership . More
