This is my first time going to DTLA Toyota. I just started working in downtown coming from Culver City. I was going to miss Marina Del Rey Toyota but Jimmie really took care me. I was provided I just started working in downtown coming from Culver City. I was going to miss Marina Del Rey Toyota but Jimmie really took care me. I was provided with a ride to work when I dropped my car off in the morning and the communication was convenient and came often. I always knew what was going on with my car while it was being serviced. Very top tier service for my first experience. I left very happy. I also had a problem with my steering wheel because of a manufacturing defect and Jimmie got it taken care of and approved for replacement. I am very happy to have found another service center that I can trust going forward. More

Immensely long wait, also they ripped off a small motor that was for my license plate holder 😩 BUT since they got my window working again and my car drove back home PERFECTLY (without turning off on me) I that was for my license plate holder 😩 BUT since they got my window working again and my car drove back home PERFECTLY (without turning off on me) I CAN def forgive them. I’m hoping I won’t have to replace the part they mentioned and that the cleaning they gave it, works! Overall good service, thanks. More

Jonathan was very helpful, and not only took care of our regular maintenance. He pointed out we needed tires as they were worn down. We never saw the wire treads until he pointed them out.
