I am new to DTLA Toyota and had scheduled appreciation for the excellent service I received from your staff. I had another great service experience. I am new to DTLA Toyota and had scheduled my routine maintenance a week ago. My steering wheel started to peel after a hot day in Sept 2022 and Jimmie was able to get the paperwork through and the replacement approved under warranty! I was able to drop off and pick up my car in a very timely manner. Everyone was nice, friendly, and attentive. I want to commend Jimmie for his professionalism and efficiency. He was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He is a valuable asset to your team. I also appreciate the convenience and quality of your service center. If you're dropping your car off early in the morning there can be a 15 minute or longer wait but it also helps to set an appointment beforehand. Jimmie scheduled me before hand and I am very happy with the work performed. My car is running smoothly and looks great. Thank you for providing such a high level of customer satisfaction.
