The service here was really bad, my appointment was early in the morning 6:20, and they checked in my car at 7:15am after checked in a lot of cars before mine (and they came after me), they offered me the pa in the morning 6:20, and they checked in my car at 7:15am after checked in a lot of cars before mine (and they came after me), they offered me the package for the maintenance for next 2 years, I got that one and the guy was nice and helped me, I told him I need to work at 10 and I was mad about them tooking too long and the team still took a long time in my car maintenance, they gave my car out around 9:30 and when I was waiting for my car they told me they couldn't find it, they lost it and I had to wait another hour for my car to be found, I was really upset about it and I got my car back around 10:15am, the worst service, I didn't get no discount or nothing but just "sorry miss" after paid for other 4 maintenance, I didn't want those anymore or that wervice, it was really bad and I got late to work More

Here’s what went well: Maria heard my complaint about the poor service I consistently get every time I go to this Toyota dealership. She provided me with information regarding the cost of my 30K service, provided me transportation to and from my location, and remained pleasant and professional throughout our interactions. The service was completed with the timeframe she stated. Here’s what went wrong: I consistently receive horrible (like, really, really, really bad) service when I arrive to check in for my scheduled appointment. The process for how this dealership checks in customers makes no sense to customers (I wasn’t the only one). It should be super clear what it is because what I experienced leaves me with 👀. On one visit last year, I waited over 90 minutes to be checked in and it took the kindness of one staff person feeling sorry for me coupled with my growing demands to speak to the manger, that finally resulted in my car being serviced. This time, I asked for the 30k service assuming it included a tire rotation. Maria did not explain that this would be recommended only asked if I wanted it. Not understanding it was not included, I said no so the tires were not rotated. Being super clear on recommended services or add ons is critical. More

30 minute wait to check in for my appointment. Toni was great and I appreciated his getting me an Uber even though it was a little beyond their mile limit. Had low expectations for my visit and at least they didn’t go below that. More
