Hi Melissa, thank you for sharing about the ride share issue. We will have our team look into the issue as we do hundreds of rides monthly and sometimes do not hear about cancellations or complaints. The Lyft and Uber teams have been very responsive in investigating missed or canceled rides, and they can see the driver history to take any action deemed appropriate on their side. Regarding the time to wait for an oil change, we just completed an expansion for this reason and plan to have you out in 60-90 minutes at each routine minor visit for the next time you’re in. We’re sorry for the frustration and would appreciate you sharing any additional information that would help us improve. Please don’t hesitate to reach out; even if it’s to send us your ride share receipt for the day. We’ll cover it. Thank you, Chris
